  4. Ive entered in the sprint this year the V8 R32. Last year broke my diff 1st lap on saturday. Drove back to sydney and fitted a new one overnight. Sunday got black flagged every session in the regularity for going under 2.36 . My dash wasnt working correctly and had no idea of lap times. This year hope things go well.
  5. Lol re the light, the damage will probably be done by the time the light comes on. I reckon you and your old man could rig up a next to nothing cost dry sump. Untill then you might be chewing through ls's. Kavanaghs in Melbourne might have a cheap pump or speedway blokes have an old setup etc. Im not surprised your running in the fast groups. The ls with the skyline chassis is a great combination. Mine has an aftermarket master cylinder with a remote reservoir.
  6. Great build Mitch, you and your old man deserve a medal for persistence. Im on my 2nd ls in my r32. 1st one died from oil surge. Went all out and put a Dailey Engineering dry sump on my 2nd engine. No problems since.
  7. Hi

Im trying to sort out the front upper arms on My Skyline R32 GTR. Mine is a converted V8 RWD running in time attack and sports sedans (next weekend).  Gp circuit Between 1.43 and 1.39. aiming for 1.36's

Ive current got the big adjustable screw type shown below.

Any chance I can call you to discuss. I get understeer and sometimes tyre graining on the front slicks.

You want the new style from Gktech, Cusco fixed arms or there are ones that UNique Auto Sport/ RGS performance sell

  8. Pads: Project Mu Club level Rotors DB5000 aluminium hat style Any adr braided lines. Awesome stopping power, low wear, kind to rotors, aluminium top hats are good for heat dissipation. Rig up brake ducting if you can for track days.
  9. Best time was 2.31.55 with engine cut out problems and wrong diff ratio.!

  11. My bathurst was a challenge alright. Saturday 1st lap broke diff. Drove to syd to get new one from SSS and had the replacement back in car by 9pm. Sunday 1st session black flagged for a 2.33 lap. 2nd session black flagged for the same. 3rd session stopped on top of mountain with failed crank angle sensor. im going in the supersprint next year with a spare diff. I estimate my car has a mid 2.20's in it. Anyone know where I can buy a new 3.6 or 3.5 crown and pinion for a r200 diff?
