Any recommendations as of recent? A friend of mine used Carbon car systems a few years ago, however they are no longer servicing cars made before 2006.

Just looked up my vehicle on RAWS and it looks like the plate has been issued, took like 3-4 months since the complaince workshop first received the vehicle. Also is it common practice to be charged an admin fee onto of the compliance fee?
