  2. Balance marks in comp lead me to believe it's been refreshed? just measured outlet diameter of housing, 55mm tapering to 60mm at face of outlet flange

  4. Hks turbo Identification Hi guys. i have a used hks turbo in my possession. Chra tag states it's a 3076r chra tag # 700177-5007S i have not seen a 3037 with this front cover, only a 2835 pro. anyone else have this Comp cover on their 3037? Rear housing is a .7 t3 hks dump pattern. any help greatly appreciated

  6. I purchased a complete black interior out of a 2002 non vspec, along with its body harness and wiring.
  7. Will you still be using your gt4 cross member ? Gt4 chassis rails to Gtr chassis rails are slightly different, mounting offset for bolting member in are slightly different too. If you are retaining the gt4 cross member and would like to sell the Gtr cross member and rack, pm me, I need a spare

  9. For anyone with an issue like this in future. Been talking to fc hako re a possible repair to the ecu, he suggested I pop open the afm to check for dry joints in the pins at main connector. Joints were good but four this, brand new afm from justjap also. 1 circuit not soldered and the Blob of solder intended for bare joint bridging 2 circuits, unpicked with finger nail, no penetration to solder on other circuits but enough to bridge them. First thoughts would be it should have fizzed at first power up before I even hit the dyno, but it's possible the blob dis lodged and rolled to its final spot. New z32 tomoz, will power up and see if ecu will work per normal

  11. Any resolution to this? I am having the exact same issue on my 34 Gtt with power fc. Car was warming up and died. will crank twice, fire, then die a second later. Motor has 160-165 across all 6. New gs342 Walbro's are running fine Unplugged afm, still reads same value as tps. unplugged tps, no value registers Tomei plug will only go on 1 way, all soldered joints good. Loom not melted/ no rub throughs/ all behind heat shield. Ecu connector looks ok. No pinched wires, terminals seated in connector. Nothing stands out, Found a shit ground in engine bay near turbo, Ran a test piece to ground motor to strut tower. Same result. z32 and Tomei plug is 500km old tune by Jez on power fc is only 500km old. really hoping I don't have to fork out for a new Ecu.

  16. Only have these 2 videos of the drive home from Jez's on my phone. They were more so recorded as I was impressed with the sound and tone of the 316 screamer I made/wanted to share it with my friends at the time

Apexi delta fin intercooler 48mm ally rad, nismo thermostat R35 Gtr 570cc oem denso injectors Twin Walbro gs342 in tank pumps Power fc with add on boost control kit.split fire coil packs New oem belts fitted. Motor was rebuilt by previous owner, has Ross 86.5 forged Pistons, cometic head gasket, arp head studs, new bearings/oil pump/waterpump/gasket kit. Car was tuned by dvs Jez in October, Comptest/leakdown/smoke test inlet, on gate pressure, 18psi with no timing in it, comfortably made 270rwkw @ 85 percent duty cycle on 98oct, fuel being the limiting factor.350rwkw is there for the taking with a set of 1250cc injectors and an e85 tune. Car was pulled down/inspected and resprayed in fresh ev1 by medicar, campelltown, no accident damage or rust was found.chassis rails are straight and not crushed from incorrect jacking like most, factory under seal still in place (no cover ups) Car was painted inside and out with the exception of the engine bay and underbody.Car was completely cavity waxed to ensure its survival for the next 20 years.This was not your typical cheap respray that are the flavour of the week.new oem weather trims were fitted. New xenon headlight housings were also fitted. Car has been ceramic coated with opti coat including glass. all electrics work as they should, climate control works as it should, stereo is a basic Sony cd player and alpine type s 6" speakers front and rear. Will not find a cleaner Gtt unless Nissan Japan has one tucked away.With the prices of 34gtr's skyrocketing and Gtt's slowly climbing in price as they're being exported to Canada/China/USA, this represents a great investment and bang for buck. Currently insured with NRMA vvc for 25k, awaiting an increase in cover, after appraisal. Car is currently unregistered/in storage in a climate controlled garage as I have no intention of putting kms on it, can arrange rego for buyer.Can also accommodate a permit to drive for interstate purchaser or interstate freight.High res/detailed photos upon request. Car will only be pulled from storage once proof of funds are made available. Mechanic / specialist inspection welcomed under my supervision. Firm on price, plenty of wound back r-grade cars available for less. Only selling so I can free up space to work on my Gtr.   20. How far do your hpi magazines go back?
  21. Are you planning on blending/smoothing/painting them later on? If so I would use 3m panel bond, only stuff I have used that doesn't separate later on causing cracking issues.
