I unplugged the head unit and installed some amps and subwoofers now all of a sudden the front license plate camera doesnt work

I have a KV36 370GT Sedan and i have a issue with my license plate camera. I installed a stereo system and while mounting everything back i realize the button for the front license plate camera doesnt do anything any more? anyone run into this issue? i press it and nothing happens is there something on the Stereo that i have to activate??

Anything New on this Thread i have a 2010 Nissan Skyline KV36 370gt sedan. i keep hitting the limiter and i would love to know some way of getting around it. (Private Roads and Track Ofcourse)
