  1. I just recently changed my high pressure pump and this problem started a week ago when it blew a hole on the top tank of the radiator. The engine runs for 5 minutes then coolant starts coming back as the water pressure builds up. It even cracked my radiator and was sparing the water from there. I just changed the radiator because of that.
  2. I just changed the booster pump in the engine compartment and it now starts well and hunts a little. The revs are stable but it has a low rpm backfire and black smoke coming out the exhaust when rev'd excessively.
  3. I have not checked the vacuum leaks yet but when the MAF is disconnected it is supposed to idle and fails to do so so i guessed it was the fuel system. It once did the same thing and i had my tanks cleaned and pump cleaned only for it to work for a few months then after sometime it packed up again. Could it be vacuum leaks?
  4. When the car is cool it does not cut but when driving in the heat the engine shacks and cuts off however when it was still okay i drove it without the air flow sensor when it was still okay it would not cut. Could this be the booster pump or fuel system playing up?
  5. We are currently getting the P0100 and P0110 for Air Flow and Intake Air. Befire that we also getting the pressure sensor fault report but after the diag machine cleared the faults they never came back. After trying a new air flow sensor nothing changed. So to avoid the car not idling and switching off i disconnected my air flow sensor. I have a strong feeling it is the Booster Pump.
  6. I am currently going through this and my mechanic asked me to get a new booster pump. I have changed the fuel tank pump but once the air flow sensor is connected it switches off so I drive the car with the air flow sensor discoonected to avoid it cutting. The car can't idle anymore and switches off or when trying the accelerate you hear the fuel chambers misfiring like the engine is being starved.
  7. Good day, My Nissan Skyline V35 250 GT stop operating at 100% a month ago. I was driving accelerating then when i hit 60km/h it started to shake showing an inconsistency in power and then finally just stopped revving and could only idle. I disconnected the airflow sensor and could only rev it it to 2500 rpm. My mechanic suspected the pump and then we changed it and tried to connect the air flow sensor back, then it wouldn't even idle but switch off. What could be the problem because my next port of call is the fuel pressure sensors as advised by the mechanic? Good day, My Nissan Skyline keeps shaking when i reach 2500 rpm and when i
