I know the thread is old but If anyone is interested I live in Palmerston North New Zealand and can change the Instrument cluster from Japanese to English in about 1Hour for cheap but am yet to work on the media display (nav). Or if I'm busy there is this guy at https://www.navi-solutions.com/ who can do dash and nav systems.
