I am interested in getting the UpRev tune for my 2003 350gt but I checked the website and they said it doesn’t support it does this mean I can’t tune my car?

I know there may be threads abit this already I have searched around but I can’t find one that is clear about what mods wouls anyone have suggestions on what mods to get on the 350gt just to get started I have heard a lot about a plenum spacer and it seems like a good mod could someone make like a essential mod list? And if you could also explain what it is and what it does that would be much help thank you so far On my list I have A exhaust - I’m not sure what exhaust it is it came with the car when shipped from Japan but I’m looking into a motordyne Coilovers - I have Coilovers that came with it from japan but I’m looking to try get kw v2 plenum spacer - looking to get one can anyone add to the list
