Hey all, I just finished installing all new exhaust/turbo gaskets on my 95 gtst, got the manifold machined as it was blowing gaskets and a few minutes after starting the car up I start to see some white smoke coming from what looks like the connection for the turbo to the downpipe, decided to give it 1 rev to see if it would pour more smoke out and it definetly increased the amount of smoke coming out, any thoughts? once its cooled down I'm gonna check the banjo bolts are tight and check if the head gasket is blown. I ordered a new cat and gaskets for the cat but at the moment the cat has no gaskets, do you think this could cause promblems with the turbo smoking?

Hey guys I have a nasty exhaust manifold leak and I'm going to get the manifold machined flat again, but wanted to change studs whilst I'm in there and I'm not sure what thread type to order (coarse or fine), any ideas? 1996 s2 r33 gts25t

I agree with gtsboy, oem parts have alot of time and engineering put into them, usually the best option -

RB25DET cut out when engine reaches full load

I turned the boost down to 9 via a boost T and it seems to solve the problem, but its possible that your suggestions are correct I'm not sure atm -
RB25DET cut out when engine reaches full load

Hey guys, I keep having this problem when engine goes under full load and the turbo spools to 10psi there is a weird momentary cut out, I have read it could be a rich and retard or a air flow cut by the ecu (still running the oem ecu), another thing I read is it could be caused to the engine running rich (which mine is) but i cant get that sorted until i get rid of the oem ecu. Any suggestions? -
