Exhaust outlet is 44mm. Compressor inlet internal dimension is 52mm.

Thanks GTSBoy, don't know much about the 280's or 300's - just going off what the Google results are. Thanks for the link, there seems to be some reference in there to older 300ZX models so maybe this is on the right track. I'll measure the other dimension of the exhaust outlet and the compressor inlet ID and get back to you.

All, I think I've found the answer - seems that although the plate doesn't have zeroes after the dash, the model number is actually 410581-0011. This would make it a TB0306 off a '81-'87 280/300ZX. One last bit, on the underside of the exhaust port there is a cast thst reads: 0.48 T

I'll try my best, first turbo I've ever bought so apologies if I don't know all the right terms or bits. The plate reads: 14420-W3460 Made in Japan Garrett 410581-11 RA 0235J In addition, on a flange below that reads 'RSM5'. Inside the exhaust port is either '10' or '01' and a 'V'. On one part of the turbo it has a cast which looks like '2-9'. On the part which has 'Nissan Motor'there is also a 4. Photos below:

Hi there, I've just bought a second hand turbo and need some help identifying what engine it's from. There are a bunch of numbers on the plate, but nothing seems to return when searching for the info on it. The plate reads Garrett, but there are castings of both Garret & Nissan Motor on the housing. I've added some photos, any info would be much appreciated.
