TURBO COMPRESSOR OUTLET
NCred02 replied to NCred02's topic in RB Series - R31, R32, R33, R34 (1986-2002)
So if I understand. A RB20 turbo compressor outlet and a RB25 are not the same size? Excuse my lack of knowledge. never had a turbo and my first Japanese vehicle as well. I have searched for outlet specs and cant find any information on bolt pattern or spacing -

NCred02 replied to NCred02's topic in RB Series - R31, R32, R33, R34 (1986-2002)
This is the spacing I need . Bolts are 58mm apart. Is this standard RB25 dimensions? -
TURBO COMPRESSOR OUTLET

Hole spacing is 54mm. I need 58mm -
Does anyone know if the RB20 and RB25 are the same? MyRB20 pipe is just a bit smaller than the turbo out let. Bolts dont line up and opening is different size. My turbo is "direct fit" aftermarket and theres been a few snags. Any ideas on how to get this done or where to find one would be appreciated. Can I bore out the old one? widen the hole spread?

Thanks Chris. Will do

Rb20Det Heater Hose Diagrams With Nissan Part Numbers
NCred02 replied to HYBR3D's topic in General Maintenance
awesome diagram -
I want to replace every inch of line I can as 30 years takes it toll. But I can't get behind the block, between the firewall and the engine to disconnect them.
-
The direct replacement is not that direct. My issue is the coolant intake on the original is bigger than the opening for the new one. So I need to go from a hardline ,5/16, to the braided threads , 9/16- 18. Any ideas? Cant find anything

In the middle of the rb25 upgrade on the rb20. Its actually a Arashi bolt on. Its in and lined up perfect First question is can I use a standard hose as my oil return line? New turbo fitting is shorter and having to change the line/hose The oil supply/intake hose has a smaller hole than stock. Not sure I should go back with the old one Any other tips would be appreciated
