  1. This is awsome, i love all the pics of unpacking etc ,its like im there, im excited lol .
  2. Will do, There actually have a dampnig foam/wool iinside them to absorb harmonics should be good, from what i have heard there quite and like a new 2 piece ,but will take 700hp andmore direct and smooth with power and response. Yeah i sure did, from john, (great guy, veryhelpful) ,should be around a few days production time and then a day or two post, so should be early next week
  3. Well guys i have one on the way :)with bigyokes and uni's,should be good, no dodgy centre bearing and notchy unis lol. Thanks everyone
  4. Thank you Duncan , is there any downsides to a single piece shaft , like vibration, noise etc. Just want the car to be nice and smooth :-) cheers lee
  5. Hey guys, I have just discovered that my tail shaft unis in my r33 gtst are kaput (vibration, etc), diff yoke end in paticuler, i have spoke with nissin and they want $1400 for a new tail shaft , althought it is complete. hardy spicer want some thing like $600 to get them done, and then i stumbled apone the UAS one pice tail shaft, big unis, new , super strong (rated to 1500hp) and is only $570. im making 270rwkw so i dont want to end up buggering up another set of unis in the future. so does any one have the uas tail shaft or are able to shed some light on the best direction, my main concern with the one piece is it hitting my muffler (trust PE II), althought looking at it on the hoist now, the shaft is straight so i think it will be fine, just need confirmation lol. Thank in advance guys Lee
  6. i have heard esp. latly that deatschwerks are quite good infact i was going to get some 650's, a while back. if you have and Q's email david for memory and he will help. Cheers
  7. supra setup looks cool , very neat handa setup too, but it seams like there not a lot of surface area to drop temps?
  8. well is a good thing i did not put in double the size then paul lol mine have been great , if you go big make sure you tunner is confident in tunning then, really if there good then can make it runn like a kitten on 1000cc, you get the idea lol
  9. i went 850cc for a big safe net lol. and its was only $40more im running 270rwkw and running at around 65% duty cycle
  10. I have the, bellmouth on a gtrs turbo and it works great, and is of really good quality
  11. I currently have super light shock proof and has been good, but im about to change to redline mtl and mt90 for the diff. as it appears to be too slipery for the synco to do its job, that being said i havent had any issues but i dont want to the wear them or destroy them.my understanding being too slipery the syncos dont really work too well as the require a little more friction of thicker oil. i have had the odd crunch into 5th but only if you shift slowish. Redline website says, mtl for box and mt90 for diff, the recomend shockproff for racing and dog boxes etc, basicly think every thing that does no have sycros. but i have had it in for 3 years and its been good, but now ill be a little more at ease and the box will be a little more quite with thicker oil as i found then when changing from mineral to to the shockproof as it is like twice as runny. Cheers, let yous know how i go.
  12. +1 super easy to fit Love my tein s/s
  13. As worp siad, turbo your exisitng motor if not in search of big Hp im guessing a n/a engine would be capable of a nice 200kw, check the n/a thread for more details. at leaset this way you get more for your doller but you wont have the brakes of the turbo line so look into upgrading yours and a few other components. cheers
