well i now have my xr6 turbo on but now have valave float which i guess was to be expected using the NA rb25de valave springs (upgrade to GTR if using this head before you put the motor in your car!) But considering i can only rev the car to about 5900rpm i think its still making good power and best of all its making 15psi by 3900RPM which i think is awesome considering the 1.06 exhaust housing! It seems to start boosting as early as 2500RPM! I've attached some of my dyno sheets and engine bay pics, as you can see by the engine bay its pretty stock looking apart from that blue 90 degree silicone hose which is already starting to frustrate me! hehe! The injectors are up around the 85% duty cycle, does anyone know how much more i can safely push them maybe with a fuel regulator? Everything seems to be going pretty well apart from a small oil leak coming from the turbo side which i haven't isolated yet and the torque of the motor has made my short shifter move i think which is making it hard to get into thrid gear so i'm going to have to fix that. Now i guess its just a waiting game to see how long the RB20 gearbox lasts, its in pretty good nick but the torque is crazy. The only problem i'm finding is that first and second revs out so quickly its virtually unusable especially with my rev limit set at 5800RPM, I've just purchased myself a Nismo 1.5way LSD so before i put that in i think i'll put some 3:9 diff gears in!

sorry to hi-jak the thread! My diff i just bought has the part number: 38420-RS585! Can anyone tell me what nismo diff it is?

they don't fit just any car! i have bought one in the past to suit an s13 and it didn't fit my 32, i later found out that s13 ones r different to r32's!

is your car at boostworx? was there today and think i saw ya car on the hoist!

what car does it suit as s13's are differnet to r32's?

GTR pump requires slight modification to the bracket but not much!

the microtech also doesn't run closed loop does it? Which surely would cause bad/worse fuel economy?

i've got an R32 GTR fuel pump in my 32. Anyone know what they're good for in terms of rwkw's?

don't stress dude its better than the engine bein stuffed! go to the forced induction section on this forum and look at the rb25 section stickied up the top and look at the results guys have gotten with different turbo set ups!

hey andrew, when she was on the road i was getting between 12.5/13.5L per 100 kms depending on how i drove etc. thats with GTR injectors and Power FC, i too wasn't that happy with it but my dad drives a late model magna and averages around 13L/100kms and he drives like a grandpa so that made me feel better!

there's a guy on calaisturbo.com.au that has done this too but in a VL, the 2J's are a great motor and i'm a die hard nissan boy!

Well here's my new oil and water lines with new actuator bracket, much better than the first mod i did! Couple of little thing left to do but should be on the car shortly!

i vote the 21st, can't promise i'll be ready by then but it seems like the best date for everyone!

do you know the spring rates ryan? Basiacally after something not too hard like the teins and a-like!

just shagged my daily ke30 corolla's diff. Just wanna weld it up! Has anyone done it and if so how do you do it? I have the diff out but i'm just not too sure what i need to weld, the centres out and ready to go! Pictures would help too!

As i said earlier, head over to the rb30 section and do a search, you will find atleast 2 blokes that have put rb30's into s13's, not as easy as putting into r32/32 etc. but more than doable!
