OK, on the tag it says Garret (i think) in the top right hand corner, in some logo thing. Then underneath that it says: Made in Japan. Then under that it reads (to the best i can understand): 17200-114100 UF 7042J 46701S-0021 There are also some numbers on the rusty bit of the turbo near the tag that are marked (i think): H 3 67 H 3 075 Thanks, Scott

I thought all wheels on the compressor side are steel....the ceramic one (if any) is the exhaust side. ???

Well if they do find out and catch you it's like a $10 000 fine. Don't quote me on that though. Fair enough you can gut it and from the outside it looks like a legal cat, but if a copper sees you shooting flames from your zorst and puts one and one together...you might have to take your car for a machinery! Also another note....after filling up the needle on the gauge went a bit past the "F" full line. Maybe the bowser didn't click when it was full...???
