i just fitted s2 poncams to my rb25det, and all you need to do is buy a r34 neo cas and re-wire the plug! -

i ended up using poncams from a late rb25 (black cas) and my old stock 25 cams had a hks exh cam gear (old style) i thought i may use the vct down the track with a switch so decided to keep it.. so went to fit it to find the bolts dont line up, hence y u need to use a tomei cam gear! mercury, can u fit the stock cam gear to the tomei cam? exh side? cheers

hey all, my hks exhaust cam gear wont fit my tomei poncam. is there something im doing wrong or is this true and needs to use either tomei or stock gear? cheers

how do u secure heat wrap when u come to the end of what your wrapping? to stop the wrap from undoing?

if u have that exact turbo, you would have bought it off ryanrb25 and yes it is a garret bought from mtq here in adelaide.. i was there when he bought and installed it!

so battery > relay > standard wiring > pump.. what size relay?

so when i connect my pump up, do i need relays or anything? obviously the pump needs power and an earth.. i run power from the batter to a 12volt (?) amp, from the amp to the pump, then a earth from the pump to the chassis?

so a gtr pump will be more than enough as a lift pump?

also which pump should i use? 044 or 040? which one has the mesh filter on the bottom? i dont want to run into surging on the track.. cheers
