the workshop accross from hyperdrive is allstar garage yes now they are a business but before from what i know it was a hobby thing organising this facility theres alot of key factors like insurance. insurance will be abit if its to cover 20 people, electrical bills, water bills. out of the 20 people one might use 30% of the power and i dont think all 19 will want to split it when one used 30 % of the power you would also want to concerntrate on security aswell, alarms, bollards, braced doors etc etc you also organising a hoist, tools, compresser, jacks, stands, maintence like hoist aswell down the track do you trust the other 19 people 50 people in and out through a period through the workshop not everyone is going to be working on their cars them selves scheduling for the workshop how bout if all 20 people are going to be entering motorvation, autosalon, race events and want to work on their cars to get the cars done for that event and all 20 want to use the hoist i can keep going on and on about scenerios and situations but cbf all i got to say is good luck
