  9. Just checking, this is down near Commercial road somewhere? Public transport-wise, train to flinders st station then tram down St Kilda road? Haven't been there before so just trying figure out the best way
  10. I wouldn't call it cheating, I'm just using any advantage I can get to make up for my (lack of) ability
  11. No biggie, but I dont remember buying a GTST?........
  12. EDIT: When I said rear end of the end plate, I really meant front Just curious if other GTR's have the same as follows or whether mines different?
  13. I've adjusted mine in the past and all I needed was the Allen key. The odd looking lock/torq bolt was not screwed down tight at all. Remove the bolts to the rear end of each end plate (2 each side from memory) and see if you can pivot the rear wing up and down. Put the Allen key bolts back in the desired position and voilà, more/less downforce! Just realised you're saying the rear wing endplate covers have locknuts, someone may have changed them as most others I have seen are standard Allen key bolts.
  14. As the title states, i'm looking for the factory pair of rear speakers on the parcel shelf to suit the Bose stereos in the V35 GT350 Skyline. Cheers
  15. Friday and Saturday for me please Bec. Cheers.
  16. Another great SAU / WRX day, thanks to everyone who helped organise it. Been a long time since the last one Even with the late start you could have as many runs as you liked, practically finish your run, drive back around to the start line and go again. I couldn't quite squeeze back into the 11's, had to settle for bests of 12.07, 12.11, + 12.12, but I am impressed that I almost cracked 120mph (119.85)! Makes we want to buy some better tyres, touch up the tune with a bit more power and give it another shot. And yeah that NUTR-33 really hooked up! sounded good doing it too!
  17. Got one on my car, works great. Car makes 320rwkw with this front pipe in place (hks dumps, garrett -5's, injectors, fuel pump, afm)
  18. When I went to -5's I had HKS dumps and Just Jap's JJR stainless front pipe installed. JJR pipe sizes are twin 60mm inlet, 76mm exit and best of all it was only 300 bucks. Works perfectly on my car no boost issues always rock solid 19psi. There didnt seem to be any lag or flow issues as the car makes more power everywhere when comparing the stock turbos/dump/front pipe dyno run to the -5 setup with the bigger front exhaust and dumps installed. Car runs a decent speed (117mph) at the 1/4 mile that supports the dyno figures and suggests theres no lack of top end power (400hp at all fours). In 4th gear the boost ramp rate is almost identical from the completely stock turbo, dump and front pipe, to the -5's, HKS dumps, JJR front pipe. So the way I see it, the -5's should be laggy by themselves, and if the front exhaust was inefficient, then itwould be laggier still. I guess the rest of the setup with cam gears, tune etc brings the reponse back close to standard GTR levels. So for some reason the HKS dumps seem to work on my car. Standard dumps may have worked the same, who knows, but while I had the turbos changed I wasnt going to wait to find out they were a restriction, and then have to change them later.
  19. Sounds like a great idea. I'm planning on going to more track days this year, funds permitting. Just added a catch can, oil cooler getting fitted atm, trying to make the car as track friendly as possible to get to more of these days. What's the point of having cars like ours and not being able to drive them to their full potential, and that can only be done at the track!
