Hey All, Selling my baby, and thought I would give you guys the first chance to buy. It is a '95 R33 GTS25T, 77,000kms, I bought as a private sale approx 3 months ago, but due to a recent breakup, need to sell to pay off some debts and stuff. The car was a private import before me. It is manual, silver, a/c, p/s, abs, airbags, and has a factory sunroof and TV (selling with a brand new DVD player (in dash) and my stereo installed which is alpine reference series splits in the front, kicker rears, pioneer sub and 2 amps, all professionally installed in factory locations. Also has an iPOD jack in centre console. It is in great condition all round, tiny spots of rust in rear right quarter panel, but no problem at all for roadworthy. The only other annoying this is the aircon is not blisteringly cold, probably will need a regas in the future. It has 16" Impul racing rims, with great Yokohama tyres (205's front, 225's rear) and rear wheels are deep dish. All I have done apart from the stereo is service twice, change to K&N pod filter and GFB boost valve (run at 9psi for the last month). The car came with a 3" mandrel bent exhaust, and I replaced the dump pipe, front pipe and hi flow cat so now full 3" turbo back. It is also very quiet due to stainless jap mufflers, which I really like. Bodykit wise it is pretty standard apart from a Type M front bar. I believe it is series two judging by the steering wheel and rear wing, but I'm not really up on what makes the two series' different so can't be positive. No sure but maybe one of two things. If a professional place like Northfield installed it, they may have ran the wire to the handbrake, so when the handbrake is off, the screen doesn't work properly, but I don't that is it. The other reason may be, if you are watching a DVD, that the DVD player is only broadcasting in Pal, and not NTSC (which it will need to if you are using the standard Nissan TV) I had to setup my DVD player when I bought it to suit the screen. But if you are saying it works fine when the car is not running, then I am at a loss. SOrry.

Afternoon All, I'm looking for a nice set of 18's for my R33 and good tyres (can be cheap brand). I want to spend around the $1000 - $1200 mark, and would be looking to trade my 16" Impul racing rims currently on the car (with Good yokohama tyres). PM me if anyone has anything similar. Cheers. Is there a copy of the "rules and regulations" when it comes to modifying cars. I hear of all the defects, but do police decide what is legal, or is there a document that sets out what we can and can't do. I'm sure if we knew exactly what was allowed, we can use it to our advantage, and then quote this to these police with confidence. Brendon.

Is there a website / apge which shows us our rights in these cases? I had no idea that we didn't have to lift our bonnet, etc. Brendon.

G'day mate, Welcome to the forum. You didn't happen to buy your car from Sunnybank did you. I looked at a 96 Series 2 from there before I bought mine, and it seemed a bit dodgy. The paint looked like a bit of a dodgy respray, and for a car with so few km's, it certainly was pretty rattly / loose feeling. Thing is I am finding it really hard to get to the antenna, as it is behind the inside of the boot lining. Is there an easier way of getting to it. Thanks for your help. Brendon.

Hi everyone, Is there a fuse for only the power antenna. Mine is broken and makes a god awful sound every time I turn the car off, for about 30 seconds. If anyone can tell me where the fuse is, I can disconnect and all will be great. Cheers Brendon.

Ok so I worked out what is was. The frickin cat. Dropped it out and hacked away all the honeycomb (which had bunched together), and no more problems coming on boost. GOing to get dump pipe, front pipe and cat tomorrow. Thanks for your comments Gents. Brendon.
