Ive always liked the look of the MR2's. mate had a modified turbo one and it was a little rocket inside and out.

looks like you had a problem even before you installed the cat + exhaust system. stockers should be runing 7psi and with full exausht sys it should be 9-10psi model specific generally means cat length and bolt up patterns. its usually a universal hi flow cat with custom flanges welded to fit the model

ive got something similar on my 33. im pretty sure its for the factory boost guage.

if its really annoying just install another one way valve or a stronger one.

get a rear camber bush kit...installation is based on hrly labour rate. should only take 30-1hr to install. i paid $77 from memory to get them installed when changed tyres.

get a clip of it on your digi cam and post it up....seeing is believing

give traction tyres a call....they are quite good at what they do. point out how much you love your rims. dont go to sandown tyres in springy...they managed to carve my old rims up nicely.

i came a cross a jap site that shows drifters how to change tyres over on the streets. you need a pair of crow bars a sign post and possiby a guard rail lol. it looked like a pain in the ass. save yourself the time and frustration and pay someone to do it and balance it. doesnt cost much...i think i paid 10 bucks per tyre to get em put on and balanced. in and out in 30 mins.

C's are cheaper. shop around. my reasoning is i want a shorter sportier shift and deciding between 10% or 30% was a no brainer. agree its all about how you drive it. I don't try to slam it into every gear as fast as i can when i go and buy milk.

+1 for upgrading brake lines for track use.

there are people who specialise in small dent fixing as in touch up and knocking it back out.

i hate it when people do work below par to reasonable expectations. common sense would have said to match the length of the old cat to the new one when he was doing the work and nothings uglier than a half assed weld job..lol.

C's are 30% from memory. yes they are abit harder on the syncro's. strangely i had a knotchy 2nd gear with the stocker and installed a short shifter and now it just pops straight in.

sometimes if you make good chit chat with the parts guy and ask nicely for trade price they'll do it for ya. worked for me for my 100k service parts.

if your not or have no idea of tuning it yourself then its quite pointless installing and driving around in an untuned PFC.

I wouldnt have been surprised that if it was the guys fault they would have made a point about it being a skyline, never the less a life lost is never good. Ive had a taxi chuck a blind U turn infront of me and give me a blank oblivious stare as to why I was cursing at him. Just a reminder to keep an eye out for other drivers around you.

all it is is just a brace to stop flexing. if you were a real handyman you could probably just make one up..lol that said in comparing the two they look pretty much the same mechanically. get the cheaper one if you want to try it out on the track, its a no namer so you wouldn't think twice about painting it black to match your car. your the one with the good lookin black 34 with black 34gtr rims? I got a cusco one for my 33 from nengun and it doesnt look the same as the pic with all those holes...looks more like the ebay one as being a solid mount that you bolt on. they are a good mod, braking is alot firmer.

i recon it looks good. loving the old school side exhausts. very jap though with all the diffusers. so who's seen holdens fastest production car? is it me or is everyone ripping the gtr matte black centre grille spoiler.

what have you hooked up to open it now? did you relocate it? ive always thought about this but never went ahead with it
