  1. guyz just finished courtr for that extreme speed of 187km in a 80 only got 3 years from the court BUT I'm now a habbitual offender I get 5 years on top of the 3, when the 3 is finished IS it true you can 'quash' it after the 3 years if you take it to court? What are the chances ?? THANKS FELLAS
  2. hi guys zone was a 60 km zone. The copper said "We don't know what speed you were going mate" So they can't prove anythin? On the CAN (Court attendance notice) It has only 1 charge: Street Racing. THe maximum my mate would of gone would of been not even 90km. Looked all over the RTA website, can't find anythin for street racing.
  3. He isn't getting charged with speeding at all though. Just "street Racing"
  4. Is that 100%? 12 months license suspension? He has 7 points till remaining on his license, and he wasn't speeding Just "street racing"
  5. guys im being serious? He was charged with "Street Racing" but they didnt get his speed? How does that work?
  6. guys friend of mine got caught "Street Racing" Anyone know the exact penaltie for this? However, he wasn't charged with "speeding" only one charge, and that is "Take part in illegal street race" Is this going to cause a license suspension? He has to go to court now? THanks!1111
  7. Which car would win, a LS1 Commodore SS, (not going to bother mentioning the LS2) or a Stock E36 BMW M3? Thanks Guys!
  8. will find out at the end of the month exactly
  9. hey guys as most of u know, in nsw we have p plate bans since 11 july 2005. However, I am getting disqualifed from court soon, for speeding. I am a current P plate holder, have had my license since 2004. Will I still be able to drive Turbocharged & V8 powered vehicles? The RTA website says : Who will the prohibited vehicle condition apply to? The prohibited vehicle condition applies to: A re-issued P1 or P2 licence due to a disqualification for a driving offence that was committed on and after 11 July 2005. Now, I'm pretty sure i fall under that, but alot of ppl have been telling me different. When they say, re-issued, does that mean after like after being cancelled for good or what? anyone know the go? Thanks Fellas
  10. Mate, i was in the exact same situation as you are in, 2 years ago. I got Caught Driving Whilst Suspended, wasn't speeding or nothing, just a random Breath test. I got summons to court, bout 1 week later i think. It can take up to 6 weeks apparently. I got 12 months disqualified + $800 fine. This is in NSW Though, wouldn't know about anywhere else.
  11. A Stock SS will beat any lighty modified Skyline, let alone the SS' commodores with Tunes pushing 240rwkw.
  12. Ok guys. I have lost my license on 3 different occasions in the past. Once was 3 months. Once was 12 months Once was 6 months. = 21 months. Now This. Understand?
  13. Only lost my license once, for speeding previously, for 6 months. Are you all serious about Jail Time?
