Due to my plans to study overseas I need to get rid of my pride and joy. I have owned the car since it had 78,000km and the 100000km service done at Advan Performance. Have always used Motul and Elf fully synthetic oils every 5000kms. Car has a Kenwood CD player with aftermarket Kenwood and MTX speakers. Front Strut Bar (Top Stop) and rear Strut Bar (Nismo). Nismo adjustable shocks in the front, New Bilstein Shocks in the rear (only 3 months old). K&N performance air filter and full custom stainless steel exhaust from the turbo back with stainless steel high flow catco metal cat catalytic converter - all only 3 months old still with 5 year warranty. Genuine Hybrid Front Mount Intercooler Kit, Fitted in February with 12 months warranty. Go Fast Bits Stealth FX blow off valve (Adjustable Plumback-Atmospherical Hard-Soft) Ceramic button performance clutch only 16months, 15000kms old, Genuine (U.S Made) Walbro 500HP fuel pump, SARD fuel pressure regulator. Car always run on Shell Optimax 98 and then BP Ultimate when V-power came out. (These cars do not like v-power) Accessories include: HKS Turbo Timer, Nismo Leather Shift Knob, EL Dials (switchable from green to blue) with matching Autometer C2 Boost Gauge neatly mounted on the A-pillar, HID Xenon Headlights (Blue 8000k worth $799), Black Widow alarm with 2 point immobilizer, Rare Carbon Fibre GTR style grill (Original grill also available). Owned by Skyline enthusiast. I recently decided to purchase a APEXI power FC with Power FC boost controller kit. I got it tuned By Pulse Racing and it is now producing 207rwkw with comfort. I am definately interested. Would be getting one for a R33GTS25T but I dont know too much about clutches so would appreciate some help in deciding on a clutch.. does the clutch kit come with everything needed minus the flywheel? does it come with thrust bearing etc? How much more is there to spend on a clutch replacement apart from this? is it just machining flywheel and labour to fit it? thanks!! Also what is the difference between sports organic and heavy duty cushioned button? which is more grippy and which is easier in traffic and lighter on the foot? it sounds like sports organic would be easier in traffic? if so would it handle 220rwkw no problem? im guessing the cushioned button would mean thats like a sprung centre button clutch? i have a ceramic one of those now and its a biatch in traffic... it doesnt disengage when in start, stop traffic.. very annoying which is why i want to change it..its not exedy tho.. some local made one..from just jap

I think the specs show that the R32 GTR was the quickest 0-100 and in a straight line. But since when are skylines drag cars?? They are gran touring cars designed for the track therefore if you really want to compare which care is quicker - look at track times. You will see that Nissan has more brains then to put out a newer model car, which costs more money but is slower than its predecessor. So if you want to know which car is the quickest in standard form, I would go with the latest models of each... We are however forgetting the V35 -- no one has mentioned that.

I had my hybrid cooler fitted at Platinum in Rydalmere. They had to take a little but off the BACK of the front bar, but I don't believe they cut the reinforcement. They had to trim my fan blades to clear piping. But thats all. It was a hybrid kit and a type M front bar (R33). You cant tell from the outside that the front bar had been cut at all..it looks very discreet. They charged @250 installation The guy I spoke to is Danny

Obviously better to have same shocks front and back. but as long as they are all working well new shorter springs will do the job. I guess it depends if you are just driving the car on the street or if you have intentions to race it on a track.

My mate has smashed his R32 non turbo - Its a GTS25 - non turbo with an RB25DE He has cracked his hub - its a 4 stud with bigger brakes. I would prefer the same hub but will settle for a GTST hub as I can modify it. I am pretty desperate for this, please PM me if you have one. I am located in Sydney.

Do you know if the A31 rear hubs are different from the R32 GTS25 -- non turbo?
