Any news on the tune?

Awesome build mate! Keen to see the results of the 9.5:1 pistons and e85, I'm planning on doing the same but with a 2.6 and either -9's or GTX2860's in -9 housings. Did it take long for Spool to sort out the pistons for you?

Have you seen any power / dyno results from them? I remember that you had them built but sold them on, trying to weigh up whether the extra hp over -9's is worth the $$$$ -

Has anyone seen or heard of someone shoehorning a GTX 2860 into a -9 or -7 housing? I have heard that it is possible but just haven't seen it done yet. I think from memory you still need to use a -5 rear housing? -

I had 18x9.5 + 20 on my old gtst, I ran 235 to stop scrubbing so i would say if you went a + 25 you would be safe. I went to 265 on the 9.5 with my gtr abd it was a great grip combo. -
Not the best forza but not the worst, had a lot more fun with horizon 2 but 6 is a lot better than 5 in my opinion. Im still very disappointed with the lack of tracks from Forza 4, fujimi kaido and the other original tracks are needed badly!

Does any body know if a -9 rear housing will work with the gtx cartridge? Wheels are the same diameter just a different trim, 76 vs 62. As i have -9's now was wondering if i just got the machining done and swaped out the cartridges. edit: Looks like the -9 rear exducer is 34mm while the -5 is 41mm so I'm guessing no, only other question is will a gtx2860 front compressor fit on a 2859r cartridge? -
I think so, I would say its a rip off tho not genuine

Was wondering if there is anyone in brisbane that would be willing to let me ride along in there gtr with -5's and stock stroke. Can meet you anywhere or meet at a up coming event. I just want to feel how the turbos make boost in car rather than read all the different opinions online, send me a pm if you are willing. cheers Aaron

measured it up yesterday, think it will hit on the inside of the front and they sit out 10m/m, decided on 19x9.5 +12 with a 8 or 6 m/m spacer. i have sent a email to the company to see if they can make a custom 10.5 but i would say most likely not.
