I am after a Rb30 short motor, say out of a VL turbo, if it needs rebuilding i may still be keen...want to put a Rb30 bottom end with a Rb26 head

After a RB26 bare head and block must be in V.G.C.

Is the turbo ball bearing? What size and brand is the wastegate? what is the thickness of the metal used on the manifold?

I ve heard good things about Motsons, ill have to go there and have a chat to them and also check out there GTR. It was in the car when i got it, i do have a manual for it im trying to trak down software for my laptop so tuning can be done via that. i only got a hand contolller for it at the moment. yes its a plug in just like the power FC

A good GTR tuner/workshop in Brisbane/Qld that knows Link engine management sustems, running in a R32 GTR

450hp you will be pushing it with that set up, i own a R32 GTR its got HKS2530's,HKS Cams, Sard 700cc injectors, upgraded fuel punp, Trust drag intercooler, Twin 3inch system from turbo's, Link engine management and AVC-R on 20psi i pump out 330kw's I want top mount twin turbo's for it then the power figure will really rise, the 2530's are limiting the power output but they boost up quickly and smoothly so its a fairly streetable car at the moment I have seen a write up on the GT2530 turbo's and they say they are pretty much the same as the HKS turbo's apart from the price...
