  2. Iam interested in the car can you post or send us some pics and where is the car located
  3. cheers guys have decided to put a new motor in as compression all over the place and turbo is on its way out. the oil pressure still doesn't move above 2 at any rpm
  4. hey check your battery terminals for cleanliness and also do the warning lights drop of when you turn the key to the cranking position. if so you have a flat battery

  6. hi everyone I have been reading the posts about oil pressure. I have a r32 gts4 and it has only got 2kg/cm3 of oil pressure when it is cold and stays the same when I rev it. checked this with a mechanical gauge. is it possible to be anything else other than the oil pump. thanks locky
  7. HI have you disconnected the other air bypass which operates during cold starting it is located to the left of the throttle body near the rear injectors
  8. It is best to replace it because it is a filter for the aircon system and has probably been there since the car was new.
  9. Have seen this problem on an s13. unscrew the black cover on the abs unit and there should be a relay in there which had died. so all I did was replace the relay. the buzzing noise is most likely the pump working continuously. hope this helps
  10. Yeah bought my 32 of him all good execpt for normal wear and tear items like clutch and brakes had small leaks but was cheap to repair plus bushes. and like every one else make sure you give it a good looking over and take your time doing it.
  11. you can probably pick them up from a parts store like Autobahn or supercheap its just a test light wityh an LED instead of a globe. if your cas was crook most likely the car wouldn't run or would cut out.
  12. don't forget if you find a dud coil to move it to another cylinder to make sure that it is not the transistor pack crook.
  13. To test the ignitor you need an LED test light and have it connected to the car and check for the switching pulses out of the ignitor to the coils. another way without a test light is to swap coils around ad if the miss is still on the same cylinder then it will most likely be your ignitor. hope this helps presuming its missing.
  14. Its easy enough to put the tt in with an immobiliser you just have to hook it up to the ignition after the cut for the immob. this way the can can still run but only on tt hope this makes sense. Also if your alarm has a ignition sense you should wire it to accesories so that you can arm the system while the tt is in.
  15. Will do it for $45 live in the hills. just out of interest what sort of Immobiliser is it and is it a basic t timer or one with Rpm and 0 - 400 time etc. If youve got an Immob you have to wire the timer up so that the car still runs when armed but when timer cuts out can't be started.
