Pressure plate is an Exedy Heavy Duty thats been modified by Exedy to have 20% extra clamp load over the off the shelf HD, Friction plate is Exedy heavy duty cushion button, and has done about 5,000km, And flywheel is an Extreme super light weight Chromoly item and has had one Grind since new, Pressure plate thickness is in the photos! Hay All, After spending many hours building this engine, I have decided that its not going to make it into my S14 circuit car that it was planned for. (Wouldn't be able to enter many CAMS events with a recessed firewall that I planned) So now its up for sale... Engine was orininly from an 33 GTR with only 50,000kms, the engine was torn down and delivered to Orger Engines in Bayswater VIC. The main work applied to the engine by orger includes: •Crack test block •Bore and Hone 0.50mm to 86.5 with strainer plate •Crack test crank shaft •Clean and linish crank •Block surface •Line hone with strainer plate •Conrod resize to suit CP forged pistons (ARP rod bolts) •Remove crank shaft oil gallery balls and block with grub screws •Valve seats re cut •Supertech dual valve spring kit fitted with titanium retainers •Measured and ordered ACL bearings for mains and rods •Fully Balanced •much more..... many $$ Parts list includes: •ARP Head stud kit •ARP main stud kit •ARP rod bolts •ACL main bearings •ACL rod bearings •CP pistons 86.5mm •Tomei adjustable cam gears •N1 water pump •Nitto oil pump •Nitto gasket kit •Supertech valve stem seals •Supertech dual valve springs with titanium retainers •Cometic Head gasket 1.2mm •New timing belt (Nissan) •New timing bearing pulleys and stud kit •New welsh plugs The bottom end was assembled by Orger also. The engine retained standard rods for the simple reason that RB26 stock rods are good for up to and even over 380KW depending on the tune. The fail point being the standard rod bolts which you can see above were replaced with ARP2000 rod bolts. If more power is required, forged rods are advised to ensure this engine lives forever. Put a STD GTR cooler in it Russ! Best flow kw wise and they actually allow air threw to ur rad which is a big problem with all these crappy aftermarket tube and fin/bar and plate coolers! Just did similar upgardes to my thing, High mount and GTR cooler now making an easy 320kw and running 30 degrees cooler at Sandown!

Hay all, Thinking of fitting an R33GTR rear diff to my S14! I know it will work but just how easily is another question? I will be fitting complete GTR hubs/uprights, drive shafts and diff and of course custom tail shaft, Just not sure if diff mounting points and drive shaft lengths are all same same?? If anyone has done this before any tips would be much appreciated! Cheers, Luke.

Turbo is still on the car but will be removed upon sale, Parts for sale are as follows, Turbo: -ATP built Trust TDO6SL 20G with Stainless steel caged Ball Baring center, Custom cast compressor and exhaust housings for direct bolt up to all std SR intake pipes and dump pipe! plus std water and oil line fitment, Also comes with 20psi actuator and extended wast-gate leaver arm. $1,900. Custom SpeedFlow Oil and Water Lines: -Made by my self on the car, Consisting of black -6 400series push lock water lines, and -4 SpeedFlow braided oil line, all lines covered with flame proof sheathing. $250. Tomei Expreme Manifold SR20: -Second hand about 6 months old and has slight crack in no4 runner but that will be repaired. $500. 3in bell mouth dump/front pipe in one with flex: -Custom tig welded dump, heat wrapped. $400. Nismo RR580 AFM: -Z32 equivalent but a shit load better! commonly used as a pair on GTR's, uses std style Nissan plug and fits std intake hose, Will sell the AFM with the custom adapted std air box and intake piping or on its own. $400 AFM only. $500 with air box and piping.
