I've had 3 claims with Shannons. And they are nothing but Awesome! First was when a certain SAU Photographer attached a suction cup mount to my windscreen @ a SAU DECA (which already had a stone chip on it). The suction cup mount then developed a great crack up the entire windscreen. Rang Shannons on the Monday after DECA, and they sorted it all out with one phone call. Tuesday arvo and i had a new windscreen. The windscreen guys even came out to the building site where is was working. 2nd time when some muppet on a road bike shit himself off the lights and proceeded to fall onto my car, I simply rang Shannons, told them what happened and they simply asked for the details of the muppet and for me to just go get a quote of my panel beater. I did that, they went the muppet and then paid the panel beater out ASAP after the job. VERY EASY! 3rd time is when some scum broke into my shed and stole my Mountain bike. I rang Shannons and all they needed was 2 quotes on what the bike was worth and extra $$$ on said bike. I did that and, 1 week later i had a cheque to buy a new Mountain bike. I can't reccomend Shannons enough! Super easy to deal with, they know mods when you descibe them over the phone, and often offer discounts if you are a Member of a CAMS Affiliated club.....like SAUVIC Shannons FTW*. *Disclamer - Shannons might not touch you if you are under 25.

^+1 But remember that any SAU DECA is a 4 stage event.... Stage 1 The driving on a super fun skidpan and Long/Short Wang Stage 2 Dodging the surnburn regardless of the time of year! Stage 3 (Super Special Stage) Big margaritas @ Taco Bills Stage 4 Ride a Fibreglass Cow! It's a select few that master all of these stages.... Do you think you can handle that much fun?

The back 9 @ Brighton Public isn't bad....might be getting pretty dry though by now. I did'nt like the front 9. A easy course is Royal Elsternwick...very short, green and only 9 holes. And the Elsternwick pub is across the road and they have ACE parma's! Albert park is good...long, but good. You will need a motorized cart for it. Most course's this time of year will be pretty dry
