hmmm.. windey roads + rainy weather. urgh.. if mundaring is on the cards we should stop at the mundaring weir hotel. that place is thumbs-up classy. One can conceivably drive around up the back of the hills for hours and never see another car. though I think that sort of frolick may best be left for the sort of short-notice out ing we had a few weeks back.

CC din is some acronym for demountable installation nook. (???) its one deck size depth. if its Aftermarket and japanese? - $100 to 500. If its factory, probably less cause it wont have low level outputs. dunno.

yeah. miles away from aftermarket ecus at the moment. for now Id be happy with a boost increase and a couple of little bits and bobs. $350 sounds pretty good for the mo'. I gotta get used to driving the thing before I go too silly. winter is coming, dont you know!

paul, have you heard any bad-press about the hybrid ebc-s? im looking for a cheap controller and these are within the budget, but a wanky jap-spec blue neon box with ballerinas in it is not within my financial means in the medium term.

neo, I know what you mean. Im not running a HUGE bass set-up, so for now I will be satisfied. long term plans will see me running across a bridge 2-chanel (possibly also response gear) with a pair of tens runing at 2 ohm on the existing 5th channel, paul keep your pants on. Im trying to read the airbox thread.

paul not YET. his car will be a lot faster, so I have to have something over him. hehe. he hasnt got any rear shelf noise. just splits. so I should have some cabin pressure advantages over him.

neo using the fifth (150wrms quoted) channel of a response 5-channel. gives nice hurt. 12s are all good and well, and probably are a lot more sensible and boot-space freindly, but shit - do I ride in the boot? nothing beats a 15 for bladder-rupturing subbass. hmmmm. sub-bass. hello spec2
