yep I remember that one. local dealer had a few 100 of them they were doing the swap on.

on a parallel point what about a later 3lt 4 pot ? had this idea kicking around for a while now. I know the first ones were hand grenades but the later ones seemed to go alright and seemed reliable and if memory is correct you can flash them. agree with the 7.3 lt duramax comment - seen a few of those and they went VERY well with A ton of jet boat behind them.

front bumper is easy to get loose. time consuming but easy. in all about 30 clips and bolts.

actuator will FAIL like that. find a N15 pulsar door mech and bolt that in place. also I hope for your sake those batteries are BOLTED down. you have more than enough current back there to blow a hole the size of your fist in that panel and in the tank below. I own a coupe version of this car (mine is a 5 spd.) so I can help with most of the stuff you are asking about.

guys, this will be the 3rd one of these events i have held. if you value your pride and joy you need to attend this, WHERE: Audio Express 1 Silvyn rd Redcliffe (cnr anzac ave diagonally across from Mcdonalds.) WHEN October 11 from 6 pm - 8pm. WHATS COVERED. car security, common misconceptions, urban myths, install integrity. there wil be some examples of this on a screen on what a proper install should look like and of course the horrible ones. i will pick off a car just to show how easy it is to take on of these. V35 sedan owners are welcome to attend. if you are silly enough to leave your car unlocked and in my sight it may get used as an example as well. if you have an interest in this post below. if i know you personally ten a yes or no is enough. IF I DO NOT KNOW YOU: I want yor name, car rego and phone number pm'd to me. that way i have a register of who was there. see you there.

Drivers Door Won't Lock From The Inside
Chris Rogers replied to Spicymouse's topic in Car Audio & Electrical
you do NOT need a skyline catch. the pulsar n15 is the SAME catch. it will BOLT in. -
if the question is - can I do it - yes I can. regardless if the car actually had the TV tuner in it or not. enough digging on here will net the info you need to make it happen.
