Yeah i have my R33 GTST for about a month now and it is issured and registered in my name. Inssured with just Cars. I have been pulled over twice for a general check but they havnt said anything about power to weight but there are bastards out there who will. Yes watch out for Issurance companies there dodgy as they will try to stoge you esspecially just cars.
