dont get a non turbo skyline on your Ps. Save the money that would have been wasted on insurance for when your off your Ps and can legal drive a turbo. and if youd like to know, after 3 years on full comp, its about $7k on insurance... get something thats cheap and only need 3rd party insurance to cover you. like perhaps a VP Commodore for just an example. $250 insurance per year 3rd party. can find them for about $2k+. add what you saved on buying a commodore and what you saved on insurance... thats a fair bit of cash!!!

on standard boost a r33 gtst is nothing spectacular. i went from 11psi to stock psi when i kept blowing the intercooler pipe off, the power difference was ridiculous. if you cant handle it stock you really need some practice. just find some open back streets in a quiet area and do a couple of laps. if your worried about losing it while turning or in the wet, gear up before you boost up. you can here your turbo spooling up cant you? go of that, because without boost its just a 2.5L 6cyl. dont waste money taking power from your car. you will soon get used to the power and what the car will do... and then you want MORE POWWAH!!!

on the old hq-z holdens... the high beam button... is on the f*kin floor.

THATS AWESOME!!! i hate gutted catalytic convertor threads... but on topic the engine will run rich and could stuff your cat and might faul your spark plugs too depending on how far you drive it. if its too bad the car will stall at anything over idle if its got too much of a leak like a blown intercooler pipe

can you still download the practice test off the vicroads site? some vids in that are actually in the test, tho what you get in the test is random, you may even get the same Q twice, which ive heard happen. its quite easy imo. if there is a truck/van/bus/hill etc there will always be somthing coming or hiding.

Nup. just block them off. i had one blocked off when i had it installed. Rotors and boost controller have sold.

get an oldschool holden or something. for me: r33 gtst full comp - $2250 HZ 5l ute full comp - $350 thats $1900 difference!!

Yeah, straight fit onto the stock turbo. the things of it are to plumback the bov and the oil breather thingy back into the intake. if you look on the stock intake pipe you'll see what im trying to explain lol PM replied

perhaps hard wire the satnav in since you use it heaps? or say buy connectors and hardwire that into a curcuit, and then plug the satnav into that? spose obvious question, but checked the fuse?

for the time ive owned it i never had a cop say anything about it over the power/weight. had one female cop compliment it lol. only thing a cop has said to me is the p plate in the rear window not being visible. :S
