  1. errr damo, did you not gain like 35rwkw from a tune with a power fc? Tuning potential = power gain, power delivery
  2. Martin showed me the GTR the other week when i was in there inquiring about my tune. It's definetly in proportion and the lines are incredible, i was more surprised at the size of the brakes. A very impressive car. Becoming more of a fan everytime i read, watch something about it.

  4. Aust Del S15's had no BOV and still had bush bearing turbos.

You obviously dont know the concept of the VCT then mate, It's not about helping outright power, vct is to assist with bottom end torque, Look at the power curve on a before and after run and notice the bottom end will be a fair bit different....VCT turns off after 4000rpm anyway so that 8kw had nothing to do with it. Save some pennies and get a Power FC mate.

  8. lol, I only read the thread title, Boostworx or jeff from the speed lab as SLED mentioned will sort you out for sure...Aussie's dont currently remap YET.
  9. That is from the 14psi through a stock turbo, Blow off valve will not effect the rear wheel nor will it effect the front wheel as much as you think. The main concern when not using a BOV is because the sudden surge of back pressure puts strain on the bearing and seals inside the turbo from the back and forth movement it will get during this time. A blocked Air filter can also cause alot of wear.

  13. But if you would like somewhere to start, If i was to reccomend anyone, I would speak to THR and Lewis Engines.
  14. We are working on it Andrew but not at this point in time, We can map everything but hehe.. Until then i'd reccomend either Boostworx or Jeff from the Speed lab.

  17. A 4inch dirty stinkin filthy cannon is fine for me. I could change it at will if i wanted to but dont see the point. Some straight pipes, cannon's are good but some are pathetic.

  23. 6boost make excellent manifolds. Very nice. That turbo looks familiar hehe... cant wait to see this thing going man, My choice of skyline in SA for sure. Definetly got my respect.

  25. the slight dropping of revs with lights etc is normal if it isn't any more than 150rpm. It's just your alternator placing load on the motor...The vct solinoid can create a slight drop in revs when you touch the accelerator but shouldn't ever have an effect on your driving.
