  1. Hah, smart arse. It's only a page or two back tops. Anyway mixes fine, I got a couple very tiny clumps when using my mild shaker, none in my ball shaker. Tastes fine too.
  2. That's why I was confused, I've already done that and gave my feedback for Troz. Have a read back.
  3. Because man flu makes you 10x weaker.
  4. Mix what in water? Who are you talking too lol As for breaks, I'm a serial break avoider and have had to learn it's ok to skip a session. I try and listen to my body. If I've had a big weekend on the car and haven't recovered from Fridays session I might take Monday off.
  5. Pretty happy with tonights session. PBs all round. Will sit on these weights for next week then look to add again. Could go more on deads, squats are a bit harder. I don't see myself being a great squatter, well great anything really lol. Squat high bar 75.5 80.5 85.5 90.5 73 (low bar) Bench 95.5 99.5 104 106.5 109 DL barefoot 73 78 83 88 93 Row 67 73 75.5 78 80.5 Chins 2.5 4.6 6.5 9 11.5 Dips 9 11.5 14 16.5 19
  6. Finishing work early today so I can get home with enough time to fit in my gym session before going to the movies tonight. Awww yeah.
  7. Interesting, you must have a different ailment. After a week I noticed a difference and when I went off it, noticed that too.
  8. I just take a 1500mg capsule, enough for me. One of the guys here takes Krill, reckons it "helps" him but I dunno what with as he's very inactive.
  9. Haha that I know, was just wondering if there were others who had a similar issue and found that X supplement/vitamin/mineral helped a lot. Fish oil helped my elbow quite a lot for example.
  10. I've had success with dry needling. I see the ball/massage as being a bit of a treatment, but I was after some ideas on prevention/cure so to speak. It's good to be able to get a massage or tennis ball in there, but it'd be even better to eliminate/treat the root cause.
  11. I know she's seen a few physios before and they all comment on how tight her back is, she also has a tilted pelvis. I've given her a few rubs and I get told not to go too hard and I wouldn't consider myself strong nor her weak in the pain management department but obviously in the shoulders she gets quite tender. I know she's tried the ball on her butt cheeks before to get in there for some pain she had and she's had a go on my foam roller but it can't really target the shoulders that well. I might buy her some new firmer tennis balls or a softball or something and see if that helps.
  12. Yeah I don't think DLs will help muscle tension lol but cheers. Abs split during pregnancy then heal up after, that's par for the course, she's not too far off being healed up. In the meantime is just walking/jogging and doing light exercise to stay in shape. The weird thing, when she does something like push ups her shoulder muscles get really tense and it'll give her a headache. Likewise if she runs her legs get mega tight. I'm not quite sure what chemical reaction in the body causes muscle tightness but wondered if it was something that could be fixed by having more or less of something in the diet. As in, lots of people use glucosamine or fish oil for joint discomfort, is there a similar supplement/vitamin that could help alleviate muscle tension... besides some kind of sedative lol EDIT: This has a few things in it for ideas. http://www.flannerys.com.au/ask-a-naturopath/question/119
  13. Lol no, she's still waiting for her split abs to heal before doing anything too strenuous. Just doing push-ups, jogging, etc.
  14. Yeah she does, before and after. More dedicated to it than I am.
  15. She's anything but soft when it comes to pain. Posterior baby delivered completely drug free is testament to that... I'm talking too much tension in the muscles how to fix/avoid. Thanks for the suggestion TTT, I should have specified genuinley useful suggestions
  16. Here's a random question. Kate mentioned that during and after exercise she gets vary tight muscles, so much so in the shoulders that she will get a headache if she has used her shoulders. She gets the same thing in her legs but it's less problematic there. She's had this since her teens so its not pregnancy related and she stretches plenty and is far more flexible than me, and I can touch my toes easily enough. Thoughts?
  17. ROR This thread delivers today.
  18. There wasn't initially, I'd say Birds edited his post before TTT finished quoting it. Although: it doesn't say edited so perhaps TTT and I just misread it the first time (the case for me) or give no ducks for numerical accuracy? (the case for TTT?)
  19. Birds pickup line, does this smell like chloroform to you?
  20. Hey baby.... They call me the Birds.... coz I've got the most amazing pecker.... BADOOM TISH
