Thanks so much for your replys guys. My wagon is really practical for me so I was also thinking a GT forester, I don't spose anyone knows the rough amount of power they put out? However I'm quite sick of AWD, and would like something RWD again.. And don't say stagea, I think they're ugly, lol. Oh and my budget is around 25g give or take. Lol, of course. Thanks heaps for your help man. I do plan on modding it lightly, performance wise I was just going to run a cooler and a zaust, and up the boost to maybe 11-12. I'm pretty big on aesthetics too. Thanks again.

Oh ok, well... Do you know the weights of the cars you gave me the power figures for? I guess what I'm trying to say is, which would be the quickest car in general... ?

Oh ok, so the 34 would be the quickest of all? Why would the S15 be the go if the 33 and 34 would smoke them? Are they alot lighter or something? This may sound like an odd request too, but does anyone know the rwkw of a 3.8L commodore ecotech engine, and a 5.7 Gen III ? Just so I have some sort of comparison between the speeds... Reason being my mate has a VU-SS ute and I want to be able to smoke him when I get a new car. For the record, I'm presently driving a 99 2L NA Subaru Liberty wagon, and its slow as hell. Hey All Just wondering if there is a site or something where I can find the basic power (in KW-atw) of some cars... The main things I'm tryin to figure out are: How many KW-atw are the following cars... (from factory) R34-GT-t S14 (angry eye, not sure what series they are) R33 S2 and S15 spec R and spec S As you can tell, my knowledge at this stage is quite limited, so please feel free to correct any mistakes I may have made in trying to outline what I'm after in this post. Any help would be appreciated guys, Just trying to do my research before I go out and buy my first 'turbo' car. Thanks Sam

hey guys after being into customs for about the last 4 years i think im going to invest in a 33 to see what all the fuss is about with turbo cars just wondering when im going to buy one, what sort of things should i look out for? i have no idea about engines and turbos and stuff i have always been into chassis modifying etc... how many kms are they good for? whats the highest boost u can put thru them before they start to play up? whats involved with givin a series one a series 2 nose job, just the headlights and front bar or ? and anything i should be looking out for? thanks in advance guys....
