  1. ´Hi all. Under normal driving conditions is the air bleed connector connected to ground or not? When I dont want to bleed air from the system. This is from a R32 GTR. When all the ABS stuff is disconnected, but ABS sensor are still connected, will the 4wd system work? Also from R32 GTR Thank you Ronni
  2. What are the "correct" name for those tierod ends? I need to get some new ones.
  3. Thank you. If you want to do a build, then just go for it! For me, this is my first car and have made everything myself, never done any kind of work on cars before I got this. Was all standard 1.8 when i bought it. Read up on what other have done, look on pictures and get going! hehe. Build your dream car.
  4. I do not have the old one. Am building 4x4 on my s13. There is drive shaft in the hub so must be from a gtr. The tie rod end was bought new as i did not get one with the gtr parts i bought. It was ordered to fit a r33 gtr front hubs. Yes it looks very small. Crap. Was hoping to get the car on its wheels again this week.
  5. Hi all.. I have a little problem. Can anyone confirm that my front hub is from a R33 GTR. The cone, were the tierod ends fits measures 29mm in lenght, top diamter is about 13.4mm i diameter, and bottom diamter is about 18mm. I have recieved some new tierod ends that should be for a R32/R33 GTR, but when tightening it down it bottoms out so much that it locks the joint. When pressing the tierod end up in the cone on the hub it is very loose.
  6. I dont want to write all that text again, and have sooooo many pictures, sorted in different albums, depending on what I am doing. My firend can see the pictures, and he is not on facetube.... I also tryed logging out, and clicked the link here, works fine and I am not logged in.
  7. Hi all. Anybody interested in following my build? I have an old S13, converted to RB30DET, and currently is being converted to 4x4 using different nissan parts, and custom work. Parts used comes from R32/R33/Z32. All work is done in my parents garage with the car on jacks. https://www.facebook.com/Nissan200sxGTR
  8. Okay. Thank you. This is my first time playing with driveshafts. Thats why the stupid questions. Have never had the driveshafts out on my car or any other car.
  9. I just thought that id could be in the way, especially the right one as that goes into the diff.. I did not want to mount them if I afterwards not would be able to get them back in the diff... But I can understand that the joint will bend so much that is not a problem? I do not have as much room as in a real skyline. My engine bay is not as wide.
  10. Hi all. I dont have a skyline but a 200sx - s13. With RB30DET conversion, and I am now doing 4wd conversion. My question is, on a skyline when mounting the engine do you guys leave the drive shaft on the car? What is the best way to get the engine in? Thank you. Ronni
  11. Hi all. I am converting my nissan 200sx - s13 to 4x4 from a skyline. Before this it has been running with a RB30DET, this will now get 4x4 from a R32 GTR. Parts I have used, and will use: Nissan 300zx - z32. Complete rear end. (Complete suspension) Changed the diff to one from a R32 GTR. Mounted on custom bolts on the car Custom front K-sport dampers. Nissan Skyline R32 GTR transmission Nissan Skyline R33 complete front suspension. Custom K-sport front dampers. R32 GTR ATTESA ECU and custom wiring. 12. The house is a little bigger than the skyline diff I got now. I have made a diff swap, so now the rear end has the correct diff ratio, so I can get on with the 4wd build.
