  1. the special Bowl surprised turned out to be gay cone dodging... i wasnt a fan, however it was technical. the best fun we had was when we were allowed to drift the whole bowl
  2. cant help on cam choice, but are you planning on getting some head word done? If not i would seriously consider a decent port and polish, along with matching both the intake and exhaust manifolds to the head. RB20 heads really need help in this area
  3. forgies are always going to be noisy on start up, well most are anyway but ive heard there are some that dont suffer as much expansion as others. Get it running good and propper and then see how it is
  4. haha thrashing to the red line gets you worried? geeze, my RB25 spends 99% of its time on the limiter Ive thrashed my RB's more then most people on here will ever do... and not had one blow, let alone a power run on the dyno as joel said, its a good opportunity to run it up anc check your AFR's and make sure all is A OK as you never know when your fuel pump might decide to cark it

  7. the guy in a honda appeared to be a decent driver, somewhat better then most out in the field so in his defence i thought he was doing quirte well to keep up and in some case out corner the GTR's

  11. you COULD reuse it... however its always better to run a new one, that said i know what its like being a tight arse so just cover the thing in hylomar and go your hardest
  12. this is the base idle people... you should set this and then adjust the idle control valve from there

  15. aligned my car and i have 3 degrees camber. still stock upper control arms. Im happy with that. My car handles amazing now... the steering is much more direct! less bump steer also which is a bonus
  16. thats rather horrible... i would consider buying another cooler also since its going to be too hard to get all the shards out your current one. Consider a garret GT3071R IW T3 housing and you'll crank big numbers with better responce
  17. i would say no... several teeth out wouldnt be enough to do any major damage, trust me you'd hear the valves touching the pistons when you first crank it over

  21. FWIW i made 220 rwkw with stock injectors and afm on a 25 using a rb20 ecu remapped

  23. URAS means using a second jack under the box to jack it up more... it would make a huge difference!
