Hello, I currently own a 180sx (sr20det) with around 200rwkw. I'm planing on selling this soon and buy a late model R33, My opinion is that i reckon Skylines are a stronger built car in and out and my power goal will be no more then 250-270rwkw with nice deep dish wheels, a nice clean streetbale kit with a good suspsension setup, clean interior with the ocasional track day. I've come to this site not as a noob but with massive knowledge of tuning and modyfying silvias and will help out all i can to fellow menbers. ps; i've come from Ns.com and have been a member there since 02 Cheers!

Hi, As above, I'm after a kit for my R33 but i want somethinig that is freindly for the roads, car parks etc.. Is the GTR front bar passable? in some pictures it looks abit low, the front bar is the biggest concern as the rear bar and side skirts are allready decided. i've got 19's and it has been lowered 2 inches Cheers

HI i currently drive a 180 with about 200rwkw and thinking about either a 32 GTR, R33 GTST or even maybe a R34 down the track. Now the only problem on my mind is the reliablitly of finding a 32 gtr as i dont want a lemon and want to spend big $'s reparing it. So when i find one im going to do the followong and please let me know if i should include a test i left out; Comp test check oils (level and colour) check electrical connectors and who here has ever bought a nightmare of a skyline filled with issues becaseu i need as much feedback i can get before i take the step cheers

sounds like it could be the knock sensor, nissan sesnors are crap! i had to replace my afm, o2 sensor and now my knock sensor in my 180. also make sure you do not drive your car or leave it idling if the oil has no presure otherwise you will need new bearings whcih means a rebuild.
