  1. I would recommend the Adjustable Blade adjustable swaybars over lowered springs. The blade adjustable items from whiteline are great.
  2. Thanks for your help. Now I have to hunt down a friend with a welder!
  3. So this is attached to the wheel hub and not a replacable item? So I should be able to just weld it and it will be fine?
  4. Hey Guys, I have a little problem. My front drivers side swaybar mount on the back of the wheel hub is broken clean off!!!! WFT!!!!! I have a whiteline blade adjustable swaybar with the heavy duty link kit and the kit is set to the third hole from the end of the swaybar. Has this happened to anyone else? I have ran both the blade adjustable front and rear bars for about a year and the Super Low King Springs for about 8 months without any issues...until now. Can this be replaced without having to replace the whole hub? Annyone?! Nate
  5. If you put this device in the wron way, the wastgate will not open. In other words not a good idea. Just remember pipe from the intercooler goes to the bottom of the device and the pipe from the side goes to the wastgate. I have one of these boost controllers, it holds boost really well. I run 10 psi on the street and 12 psi for the track. With the piggy back computer I run it works really well.
  6. I'd take one of the 2005 Lamborghini Murcielago and 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse!! !! I love the orange, god I wish they imported the Eclipse to Australia.
  7. Loose the wing and I would consider selling my left testicle for that car... but not the right one .
  8. That looks PHAT! ...except the wing on the roof, WTF?!
  9. The initial question was not intended to include your current financial situation. It was just thown out there to see if you were to buy a BMW what would it be? I know BMW's are designed for a specific market. They are designed for people who want a nice comfortable street car that can perform when they need/ want it to. For instance my Dad, who is a rev head and has owned many hot performance cars, chose to buy a Lexus IS200, not because it was fast, but because it was comfortable. Again its a nice car, performance is not bad given it's an NA 2 litre six, but its smooth as, much smoother than my Skyline. I would still have the Skyline over the Lexus. I guess one day when I have grown up (still waiting and I'm 25) I will want to get something like a BMW over an R34 GTR. but until that day I'll stick with my Skylines.
  10. Hey Guys, I was bored as at work so I thought I would look into the new BMW 3 Series Coupe :sorcerer: . I caught something on the TV the other night about the engine being a first of its kind or some rubbish ...maybe for BMW, but not the Australian car market. Reading the information published on http://www.bmw.com.au/, it states ' ...the first straight-six complete with a twin turbocharger, high-precision fuel injection, and an all-aluminium crankcase.' It produces 225 kws from a twin turbo 3 litre six, which is pretty good and comes with a 6 speed manual or automatic. As nice as this is, I would still have an R34 GTR, Series 8 RX7 or Twin Turbo Supra over one of these, but hey it looks good. I think the only BMW I would buy, would be the M5/ M6, if I was to buy a BMW. What are your comments? Would you give up your Skyline or whatever you drive for a BMW 3 Series Coupe? And if you had to buy a BMW what would it be and why?
  11. Thanks for the advice. Since posting this I have decided to not stuff around with this and just order a set of spitfires. I think they are the best solution and lets face it ignition is not something you want to stuff up. Nate
  12. Hi All, I have been doing some research and it seems some people have used a wasted-spark setup to fix their old coilpack issues. I have a series 1 R33 GST25t skyline and my coils are dead! So unusual... Anyways, I have found some bosch mec717/ mec718 which would allow me to keep it running with the individual 6 coils. Has anyone used these before? Will they work with my standard s1 ignitor or will these kill it? Any help would be great. Thanks Nate
  13. I'm new to this forum so I'll be there to meet and greet all! This should be great. See ya all Monday!
  14. Hey Guys, Does anyone know where I could get Standard R32/R33 GTR BOV? I currently have one on my R33 GTS-T and its fantastic but saddly I have to return it to my mates GTR. If anyone has one for sale pm me. Thanks for your hepl. Nate
