    You'll need 8.5" at the front and 9.5" at the rear. It's all about the offset too. You need wheels designed for an R33 GTS-t. Just because a set of wheels are the correct width, doesn't mean it has the correct offset, and they won't fit properly... Most people don't care about retaining good handling though, and buy whatever wheels they can find as long as they look good.

    Exactly... I've never heard of anyone having their claim rejected because of any reason other than DUI. Going on what famous said though, I wonder if there was a market for really cheap insurance that will DEFINITELY NOT pay out if you are involved in an accident and the police report deems you to have broken ANY road rules? That would reduce $3000 premiums to something more like $500? Hmmmmmmmm....

    Angostura Bitters is something like 90 proof (44% alcohol) dude But they only use between 10 or so drops of it, so there's very little alcohol content and it's considered a soft-drink. Usually the alcohol content is negligible, but it might be enough to register a BAC reading in the right situations (thin guy, no dinner, breathtested soon after the drink, etc)

    Unless he was forced by gunpoint, no-one made your hypothetical person drive except himself. Dude, he could have caught a cab. Anyway, it doesn't matter WHY he was driving, all that the cops will care about is that he WAS driving, and whether or not he's over 0.00% BAC. That said, I seriously doubt a lemon lime & bitters will even register on their little breathalyser if he waits his 15/30 minutes they'll allow him.

    Did he really need those 10 drops of bitters? I wouldn't even risk it, just order a lemonade or soda water instead But yeah, he should have said "I've just had a lemon/lime/bitters 5 minutes ago" and the police will let him wait 15 or 30 minutes before doing the breath test. Hopefully he wont register a reading.

    The OS Giken RB30 is designed to replace the block and bottom end components of an RB26DETT. The components used are rated for up to 1400hp, so it is ideally suited to extreme drag racing applications.     The soarer, I'd go for 18%, no hesitation. It's not that dark that you can't see out of it, but I guess I got used to it (I had 18/20% on the silver GTS-t, white GTS-t and the GTR)... But from the outside it looks REALLY dark, and I'm not sure that would suit the look of the BMW. Ideally, I'd want 25% 3M Security Film But at this stage, I'll be going for 18% again for the bimmer.
