i was thinking around the lines of around 1.5-1.6, but the thing is, i don't want to guess i would like to know for sure. iam sure the proper way to figure things out isn't just picking one and going with it. there must be some kind of calculation of some sort.

hey guys, i was just wondering, exactly how does one decide what size metal head gasket to go with. i know that generally the more boost u want to run the thicker the head gasket size sould be. btw iam asking for an rb26 with a T04R, looking to boost roughly between 1-1.3 bar

it, didn't just plug right in, and iam pretty sure that the guy that did the swap never said it was a strait plug in.

changed my plugs as well to heat range 7 and still haveing the same problem, n e other suggestions. on a side note ill be changing the injectors to 555cc in the next couple of days as i sus my stock ones to be leaking.

n e other opinions, b4 i go out and buy some plugs. wanna change them tomorrow morning

i got the exact same problems as u guys. i have a stock rb26/T04R/HKS GT waste gate/splitfire coils/NGK plugs heat range 6/stock injectors/stock ecu un-tuned running 1bar. did everything u guys suggested except changing the spark plugs. will change them l8er this week to heat range 8 with 0.07mm gap. problem only occurs at WOT(wide open throttle) but another ploblem is that iam scared shitless to even check if the problem is still there cause i don't want it to go kaboom. i know iam playing with fire but car will be tuned as soon as this problem is solved. just waiting to get power fc.

just wondering if a power steering pump off a rb20 or rb25 would work on a r32 gtr. also would there have to be fabrication involved. also wondering if a pump off of a r33 gtr or r34 gtr would be a strait bolt on, keeping in mind that my hicas is removed.
