I would love to bring a salad.. got lots of salad vedgies in the fridge that if they arnt eaten up soon wont be much good to me!

yeah yesterday i didnt have much to eat at all. 1/4 peice of toast for breaky with the kids and then the smallest amount of chicken stuff at lunch with the kids and then a pie during my lunch break and then 1/2 a hot dog with emma at the shops and then one peice of pizza - the crust. Herm.. looking back on that that was healty .. not!

this is the first time ive had alcohol posioning I didnt really have that much to drink last ngiht aswell.. Ive drunk way way way more than this. One night in northbridge Troy and I and 2 other friends we had heaps to drink.. I had 15 burbons and then we got stuck into the shooters and shakers.. would have had about 10 of thoes! And i was fine. A little shaky in the legs but otherwise fine

yeah i called mum this morning and she said the best thing for a hang over is coke and greasy food like a hamburger.. I was just about to throw up at the thought of it. The grease soaks up all the alcohole. Troy did go to maccas for me on the way here and asked me what i wanted... Eiw yuck. I just had some apple then and ill try eat somthing else later.

Thanks to Dr Spike ... Im feeling a little better. Hehe.. Very sympothetic males. Troy cuddled up next to me and spike wouldnt leave me alone either.. he was in the bed too!!! on my head eating my hair and giving me kisses, He wouldnt have a bar of troy.

yeah i was throwing up every 40 min to an hour then it go worse and worse and worse. I had some anti nausia but i couldnt get the timing right because it would come right back up.. doh!
