Thanks so much for letting me and my taxi have so much fun. For my first attempt at anything like that I had a ball. Everyone was very welcoming of an odd Ford. I had no idea I could take so much tread off brand new tyres so quickly and still smile. It was very well organised and everyone was so nice. Hey what the...? On the way to work I was passed by a V35 and guess what front bar it had? The GTR, and it turned me off right away, didn't fit well and just didn't look right.

Hi all As discussed at the Sydney meet, I am a little bored of the V35 front end look, ie grill and lights. I think they could use some tweeking but I am not sure if this is too far. What do you think about this front end? GTR look a like

I didn't put it in, it was already there and I think they are good with higher octane Japanese fuel. Anyway as for mine it was simply remapped and made no more power. No difference in feel just stopped pinging so I am happy. Cheers Geoff

Hi Brad Mine has an IMPUL ecu. It was pinging its tits off so I went to SAS to have it re tuned but the Japanese owner had it sikaflexed in!!! Two days to get it out. They retuned it for me and although it made no extra power at 170rwkw but at least no pinging. Cheers Geoff

Hi all I just upgraded to Photoshop CS4 but am having trouble. When I open an image the pic is all black however the channels all appear okay with the correct pics. Any ideas? Cheers Geoff

mmm there were four: 1. When Vin dropped the car on the mechanic, the car behind him was one 2. When Paul Walker was shopping for cars from the impounded car lot was the second appearance 3. The obvious one that went "kaboom" and btw its blower made it sound like a jet engine 4. The chase across the desert was the fourth one. Any improvement on four? but it still sucked more than a black hole!

Just my 2 cents worth but wouldn't 350GT club be more appropriate? cheers Geoff

I really want one of these but I cannot see anywhere, other than the manufacturers website, a before and after dyno run. If anyone can show me a 10-12 horse power gain, I'd be in Cheers Geoff

I'm more interested in the full plenum replacements such as Kinetix and I think the other was an SSR as seen in HPI Cheers Geoff

Hi all If you have limitless cash to spend on your car there is an interesting section on getting more power from our VQ35s in HPI issue 104. They recommend Import pro website too at http://www.importpartspro.com/infinitig35.html I think the Kinetix plenum could be good with a 30bhp gain but the SSR looks stunning however I can't find any more info ie prices on it.
