  1. I got mine when I my wife Had our son........... time for a four wheel drive,,,, she din't specify it should be a 4WD like a patrol. This is what I call the Family car loop hole. I hope this can help some one. Chris I love your GTR, have fun playing with it on the carpet.
  2. The reason is that I am in Hong Kong, I like to count my pennies as I am saving for a R35 as I refuse to buy a car on credit, but I have had enough of the poor fuel consumtion of the IS200 considering the performance, It uses about 12-14l per 100km. When I had the 34GTR it used about 13-16l so I find this hard to accept. over here the 250GT and the IS200 are about the Same price so I think it may be a wise move to trade her in, and go back to a nissan.
  3. how is the slushbox (auto with the +/-) in these?
  4. I am look at the 250 GT, as been in HK with petrol over $2.4AUD per litre and the cost of rego skyrocking on anything above 2500cc. I don't expect it to be as fast as a turbo skyline but I would hope that it is faster then a R34 GT and still be very comfortable.
  5. What I want to know is, do th v35 4dr have much grunt? I don't expect it to be as fast a my old gtr, but I want to know what does its grunt compare or = to? Back in Aus, I had a R30 with a R32 Gts-t engine, then I moved onto R33 Gts-t, then I got the car of my dreams when I had a son (R34 gtr), sold that moved over seas (HK) now I have a IS200 (AUTO). While the IS200 is a nice car the performance is very poor, considering the fuel it uses. Any feed back on the performance without any mods would be good.
  6. Thank god the GTR is a Four wheel drive. Don't you just love family cars!!
  7. I sold it because I moved O/S. In Hong Kong now. I deal with importing and exporting, I can get all types of stuff here. I do miss the 34. lots of R35 Gtr's here.
  8. Yes is has been a few years, haha. I moved overseas. sold the GTR. How about you, do you still have the gtr?
  9. Totally agree with chris on this one!!! If you are going to do it you have to do it right. Do a SWOT on your idea, if you don't know what this is, maybe it is better that you find a job. Remeber business seceeds together, not by undercutting each others prices (which F-up things and creates bad will agaist each other) but by working together to help deliver what the customer needs.
  10. 85%yes 10% maybe and 5% no Bell housing should be the same, not sure about the lenght
  11. Can't belve this post is still going, hahaha. Many R34 GTR on the coast now?
  12. I had a look at one few weeks ago, now i have sold my r34 it is temping. but in hong kong there is just no point, to have a car.
  13. Yes the car is still for sale. $55 000
