    Greetings Again!

I think the stagea is looking very good at the moment.... The commodore - I thought about getting the vz - as the ones after that have no boot space at all. But I also have heard that they are also not reliable (especially as they get older).....

    Greetings Again!

Ha - yeah I am Jamie! How are you man? Yeah I was thinking Stagea - but my wife said "the back looks like its been chopped off - so no" I am thinking of it though, but was thinking if you guys knew any other brands I can check (apart from the liberty like Justin has mentioned) yeah I hear you man - I am thinking about it - $10k gets a decent one......its only for around Pakenham mostly Hmmmm.... the skyline was doing about 13l/100 - but then again i didnt drive it like i do now...... great to be back on here!
  6. Some of you may remember me from way back - back when I had the EMSTA R33. Took a break from the import scene (after 2009), got a hyundai getz, got married, sold the getz, bought a 2009 x-trail (which the wife drives), became a dad, driving the yellow jazz again, and now left the usual 9-5 to run a business and going to be a dad again! Lot has happened in the last 4 years. But now hoping to get back into it - just over the lack of power in the jazz, and although she does have great space, its just not big enough for the stuff that I will be getting in the next few weeks. Just wondering if you guys can recommend any decent spaced imports that is good for my Personal Training business (to carry equipment back and forth) as well as to still be able to take family around. Not sure what the price range will be - but maybe around the 10k mark. Need something reliable, reasonably good on fuel (skyline used to chew through the petrol) and perhaps some good insurance places too? Wonder if the old schoolers are still here cheers! Matt

    Skyline Sold

Not about having a car that is faster or slower, want something different and something both Cath and I will like - we liked the skyline, but we want to have a "family" car with a bit of grunt in it. We both love HSV's, and so yeah, thats what we have decided to get next.

    Skyline Sold

Well folks, the skyline has been sold. Was quite an emotional night for both me and my gril, as we both loved that car to bits. Was also a bit weird seeing some other dude, drive off with it, but it had come time to get rid of it. I will now be driving in a blue hyundai getz.....until I take delivery of my brand new HSV GTS Dont quite know how to describe it, but selling the skyline was not like selling the other cars I had before. I guess, the skyline was my first proper car - so there was an attachment to it. But yeah, will be missing it like crazy I reckon. Hopefully the new owner will take care of it, and give it a good home - I hope he does Peace out
  10. still for sale guys - and need it gone.... kgo!!!
  11. you are one luck man pat!! saw the pics on FB - looks like you had an awesome time there dude
  12. Hey dude - been a while! Yeah - its been a good 4 + years, and now its time to let it go - so yeah, hopefully someone will be able to enjoy it just as much as I did . And similar to you, have a new house, and so cant afford to keep this as well as the Jazz - and jazz is more ideal for business etc....so yeah, shes gotta go! bumpski
  13. holy moly! 2 great cars!!! how much did that nur set u back!!!!
  14. Nah man - not willing to do that. Wanting to get rid of the car as a whole if possible
  15. howdy - i know that the drivers seat needs to be changed, and the tacho just needs to be re-calibrated again. But aside from that nothing else that i know of - the car is hardly driven anymore, so am looking for a quick sale (hence why the price drop).
