I can Any track day you do, you have to go through scrutineering anyway so you have to take out anything that can be unbolted basically... including the spare wheel... If your talking about hooning around on the streets, I suggest you just plain don't... the added weight in the back (depends how much) really shifts the centre of the car, and it is more boat like then it already is... Basically, the only problem I can see is taking it out for track days... other wise, you should never be pushing a skyline to it's limits... certainly not on public roads

wow, this is like tha basics of wiring... You can install the neons now, that's no worries... taking out the dash will have no effect on the footwell area... as for the neons, if they are your usual 12V neons, they will have a wire coming out of them, one side red, one side black... Attach the positive side (red) to your battery, or a 12V+ of some kind that you can find, and attach the other side (black) to the chassis of the car using an existing bolt... Put the switch on the ground (black) wire, then mount the switch... Viola, neons

Most likely the hole you are talking about is a hole for a 3.5mm headphone jack... It's an input for portable devices such as ipod etc... At least, this is what I am guessing...
