  1. Like many Nissans it is electronically limited (in this case to 155mph) so I am not sure. But what I do know is it is fast as f**k around a track and im betting it would show most cars ever built whats what, including that porsche!
  2. You have completely missed the point. This porsche is modified by a tuner and is far more epxensive to begin with. So to make it even you would have to spend the same money on a GTR. Such a car exists in the R34 GTR Z Tune (created/tuned by NISMO). ...................Z-tune is quicker. 0-100km/h in 3.2 seconds and 0-400m in 10.02 seconds and its street legal too. So not exactly killed by that modified Porsche when you make the playing field more comparable.

  7. Its a good thing that the rule stopped because it allowed some really shit cars into Australia.
  8. Its not unheard of. Case in point - The current Holden Barina is inferior to the model it replaces, as Holden have obviously decided a lower priced/lower quality car will better suit the marketplace.
  9. CBF But to say each car out did the one previous is very general and I dont think that is an accepted fact. For one, I personally think the R33 styling was inferior to the R32 from every angle and I am not alone.

  14. personally i think the soon to arrive new rs6 is where its at. It has the v10 lamborghini engine from the gallardo THEN they added two turbos. Estimates place power in excess of 400KW and 750Nm.... now THAT IS IMPRESSIVE!!!
  15. If thats what you want to beleive (even though they tell you it is disputed), but its wrong. What does "sr" stand for? and "vq", "ca", "ve", "rd", "vg" and a s**tload of others??
  16. Yeah thats what i thought. Is there any way to reliably measure boost. Like if i was getting it dynoed/tuned can they connect something to the engine bay and get a reading of boost? Surely there is....

  18. Oh FFS..... rb25's can produce HUGE amounts of power, why anyone would talk about replacing it with an inferior engine I will never know. If such a "monster" did exist it should be shot and killed!

  20. Again, What is boost leak specifically?? And if my car is running 12 psi that means I can't boost it cause it is already at its limit?? If so its a bit disapointing... Would a high flowed r33 turbo running 12psi give much more power over what I have currently? (without front mount)
  21. Boost leak? so does that mean its not actually running 12psi? Cause my mate boosts his 32, his gauge reads 12.5 psi at that point and his car FLYS!!! Im confused and worried aobut my car now. I really think i need to take it on a dyno... I was thinking maybe one day I would boost it so id have more power but if its actually running 12psi now then its pretty much at the limit now?....
  22. I dont think thats correct. I thought stock it was closer to 7psi....
  23. My mate has the exact same mods on the exact same car, AND he has had his ecu tuned by Dr.Drift yet his boost gauge is reading 9psi... then when he puts on a bleed valve THEN his car runs 12 psi.....
