  5. you can actually repair the exsisting part.....you have to disect the motor and spin the little gear around
  6. did you start and drive the car?It will come up if you do
  7. if you do remove or disconnect any airbags you will receive an airbag code....u wont be able to extinguish this until the system is operational......to get rid of the code switch the ign on and pump the door pin switch 7 or more times withing 10 seconds of turning the ign on

  19. thankyou regan...i really couldnt be stuffed typing all that!Use commonwealth banks for transfer as the rates is ALWAYS the best and if your sending a considerable amount of money it really does make a diffrence...i think the fee is $28...
  20. Look...there ARE people that are whinging about not receiving anything for there $50.....Dont go making personal attacks...if you have issues with someone talk to them in person like a real man would...possibly take your opinions to a membership meeting
  21. ok...using a genny with a welder is a bit of an issue....you would need a big genny......in regards to using a tig onsite small caddy tigs are good but the genny is still a problem
  22. listen guys if the $50 dollars is an issue you have got serious issue's......I dont think people realise what these guys actually do for the club.....I personally dont attend many meetings events due to my work being mostly 7days (and nights:)) but these guys really deserve more than the kick in the pants that you people are giving them...i am disgusted in your behavior and would hold my head in shame if i acted in such a way...
  23. Steve.....The botom line is if the guy wants to do it himself and save himself the money.....its easy....If he knows where the car is....The info is in the above post's.....Do you think we are telling untruths???I sure didnt pay a broker for my car....or any of the ones i have sent from japan.....EKW also used to do qauratine/customs clearance paperwork handling not sure if they still do it and what there fees are....they used to be quite cheap....oh and if you need a customs agent marshal and clements are good....i can dig out some paperwork if people need
  24. oh and heres another idea for you guys......keep a look out on brokers mail outs then get the auction number of the vehicle then contact someone like mark to check/buy the car direct from auction and cut out the middle man...the days and sometimes the background decifer on which auction the car is at....cut the pic out and paste it off to mark or whoever along with the details...i assume he would help you sort it out
