  2. hmmm i got a 32 there the same colour that i have to paint....altho the colour will still need to be adjusted.....the trouble of doing a colour edge to edge is getting the colour good....the way we like to do them is blend the base coat half way down the gaurds and clear the 2 gaurds in.....depends how close the colour is..... i might be able to help you out...just depends on when you want it done....
  3. and blacky's paper also has a ? for the klms but its not in the 4000 section....and there both in considerably fainter(is that a word???) in writing....As the guy in the cadbury chocolate ad said "why is it so!"...it would be nice to actually pin point where the problem be if its my mistake, dodgy paperwork or whatever the case may be
  4. ok then.........get this.....I repaired a 2003 nissan primera with 242klms on it in 2003.....it got sent to USS after i done it and it got a grade 4 :S........ something is wrong....why is it in the 4000 section? It may be there due to the question mark in the klms......Do you have the original sheet or is it a copy that has been emailed to you?Im not doubting your translation eitheir...just from what i have seen 1st hand these papers are "only a guide"and should be looked at with an open mind when buying
  5. Do not involve your insurance company......Tell them your going to use a third party recovery agent...they will shit them selves.....call them everyday take the wheels off and throw them on there doorstep with a note (this works well...i have done it many times)call them 5 or 6 times a day call the assesor 3 or 4 times a day
  6. and its not a logic.....i have had my own ID card from USS for about 7 years and have seen many cars go through and this has always been the case
  7. there is a cut off number for the vehicles in the previously damaged corner of USS(i think its 8000 but cant be sure)anything that has 4000 and something is DEFINATLY from the damaged corner...8000 is from the damaged(still damaged, undrivable)The grade on a car doesnt mean NOTHING....
  8. this car IS a accident .......its in USS's damaged corner.....4000 and above is from the damaged corner

  21. to do the job right you need to make up brackets that bolt to the shelf and protrude up to clear the speaker then back down again and bolt down to the shelf .....these are supposd to go directly behind the headrest's
  22. if you have just rebuilt the motor then i guess you know how to choose the correct bearing sizes from the numbers on the block and crank or measuring them up so therefore you need to be a bit more specific on which bearing sizes you need....i have a couple of bearings there
  23. Once it gets oilpressure the bearing floats in the housing and the shaft floats in the brearing...so once its gets pressure...yes its easier...imagine spinning a tennis ball in water
