  1. the squirter does not feed the big end....it cools the piston crown.....altho i assume you are getting at it would drop the oil pressure and cause the big ends to slap out???Id doubt that as even snapped of the hole is the same size
  2. i buy stuff from yahoo regularly.....generally when something is bought you need to pay 3% plus the cost of postage from the seller to wheever in japan, then off to you in australia also the bank deposit fee in japan and not to mention it will cost you 28 dollars for an international money transfer and some banks in japan (mine does)charge a fee to receive money from overseas.....still want to buy?
  3. i remeber when the people that drove fast cars actually turned the spanners themselves therefore having an idea on the mechanics of things....i beleive this plays a part in knowing when enough is enough.........And no...changing the oil yourself doesnt count
  4. the last manifold i made was with pipe from reece plumbing.....i found it welded up quite good.....this manifold has glown to an almost transparant state and hasnt cracked yet!

heres what i would be doing.....dry sand the whole car with a machine with 240 carefully feathering chips and scratches then high fill the whole thing let it sit for a week or so then spray a guide coat black over it and wet rub with 400-600 and if its metallic finish off with 800 wet Hope that helps
  6. my work mates and I have a unique ranking system for women....its like the the cars at the auction's.....Golden corner(first owner, never been crashed) before damaged and now repaired section(had more hits than the beetles, however a clean unit can be obtained)Damaged unrepaired(a mess, but spend some time playing with it and massaging it on the CAR-O-LINER and it can become come your pride and joy)No paper....for parts(Unregisterable,a complete mess, very ugly) ..it may be something like that
  7. The pressure regulator controls the pressure...not the pump...the only way it will alter is if the reg is totally overcome by the supply and cant let off enough volume

  15. ok guys...heres how we make things.....First we make a jig for the item.....This ensures all our parts fit and are exactly the same......we make a shaft up for all the mounting points then eitheir drill a hole and bolt the material to the jig during the manufacturing process or make it a nice slide on slide off fit.....where the bush's fit on the arms i have machined down a peice of pipe the exact bush and on the bolt end i got a peice of solid bar and drilled a 12mm bolt hole through it(this is the size of the bolt on the outer side)As you can see we have all our mounting points covered.......As you can see we then remove the bolt then product can then be swung away and lifted off the jig........This jig has been made double sided.....the rear of the jig is used for left arms and the front is used for right.....It always pay to have a bit of a think before starting to make the jig we then fabricate the product around this jig.....i will post the units being made if people are interested
  16. Thankyou for your understanding omran....I have reported to the police department(who then contact the federal police if they see fit) about "wrong" cars that i have seen in australia and it HAS been followed up by the federal police....It is a federal offence,in which case is not taken lightly....a dereg check on the vehicle with the VIN BNR34-005688 will be done in japan

  18. First of all,What if it was your car that was stolen and had no issurance? Some poor guy's probably still paying that car off....No one was saying you stole the car omran...and if you had any decency about you you would report this to your local police......Anyway....It now bad form on your behalf by your last few post's...and second of all....i am not interested in any of your emails..... This forum is supposed to be used for usefull information and to obtain advice ect which you were trying to obtain in your original post...but this has turned out to be a shamozzle.....Go away and have a think about it.....I am not a mod here but if you ask me You are more than welcome to stay and post here, learn and share you knowledge but i really think you should adjust your morals and the way you behave...this goes for anyone who shares these views on such behavior...And no...i wouldnt buy the car at any cost...i wouldnt even take it for free....and thats the truth.....now lets all live in harmony...those that cant....F*ck off and go somewhere else...who agrees?
