I had a similar problem, turned out to be dodgy contacts inside the afm, mine started happening once or twice and in the end it was cutting out every k or less, changed afm and all was good.

I assume you are talking about your own tuning ability's as there are plenty of big hp cars running a power fc, you dont get big hp without extensive tuning.

these laws were probably made before gps units were so small they could be attached to the windscreen.

I have $400 ebc and i still get boost flare, its not a boost controller problem its an internal gate problem, 1-2 psi is not much when its coming onto boost fast, and 12psi is still safe for your turbo, untill you get an external gate then thats just the way it will be.

that article was also written 7 years ago, a lot has changed in those 7 years. I have a good ebc (avcr) and it does not stop waste gate creep, the only thing that will stop that is a good external gate with good flow capacity, unlike an internal gate.

i dont see the graph? Maybe it is something in the tune, .5 psi at the top end would not pull any harder, i use to feel this when i was using the avcr, up until around 4k it would only go to 8 or 9psi then shoot up to 14, now that i just use an adjustable wastegate its smooth push from 3-3.5k to full boost by about 4.5k.

Those as with mine block very little of the forward view, if you look up the rule on this you might find that it says that there not allowed to hinder the drivers vision, mine is a greddy one but i have seen other ones that come a fair way out into the drivers view, the double and triple gauge mounts come a fair way out as well.
