  1. Under 25k, another yank on crack, when has an S15 ever sold for under 25k, did they even sell them in the states, oh thats right, you dont get a real silvia, you get the shitty 240sx, seems that the sr20 was not good enough for nissan usa so they had to f**k it with there own shit box engine, thats not unusual tho, everything shit in the 350z is due to nissan america thinking they can design a japanese sports car better than the japanese, maybe if they had used the sr20 from the start in the states the silvia would have a bigger following and would be able to sell for over 25k.
  2. That pic is f**ked up, i understand how your trying to show it how the panels would hang but it looks like everything is bolted to the roof.

    Drop Tank

No induction noise i have a factory air box, i try to avoid all those noise's that a lot of people mod there car for, yes my exhaust is louder but i believe it is legal and certainly isnt V8 loud, where you hear it coming from around the corner and expect it to fly past but drives past at 40k's 1500rpm and 148 decibels. I dont believe that "commodores/toranas etc. as "beer swilling bogan mobiles"." but there are a larege portion of there owners that are, although not so much with classic torana's as these days they are pretty expensive and there are not as many "beer swilling bogans" that own them. Whilst i wouldnt say that a skyline is more classy, it is better styled and engineered, and in fact i think my 94 skyline has better styling than any commodore produced, including the current VE, cant compare a skyline to a torana tho, its a whole different genre, SLR500 is my favourite closely followed by the XU1(or any 2 door LJ). BTW, my skyline is currently off the road and my daily would be considered a bogan mobile, bog stock fridge white 91 NC 5ltr fairlane, and i love it.

    Drop Tank

Speak for your self, my exhaust was made to flow but still be quiet and my bov is plumbed back so there is no whoosh.
  5. You need a chapel pass before it is true chapel spec lol
  6. A tiny bit of lock tight will hold them on, as for other rattles, you just have to go looking for them, some might be loose bolts or fittings some will just be parts rubbing or hitting, try some foam under some bits others try something like sika flex to attach the part properly.
  7. Maybe its just me but i think 6x9's are a poor mans sub that will never match a small 10" sub let alone a decent 12".
  8. lol, thought you would like that.
  9. Polished lip with shadow chrome spokes, gotta keep the polished lip though. imho jap wheels are over rated and most do not suit the style of jap cars, most people get them for one of two reasons, (A) light weight (B) brand name, most of the people on this forum would get them for B
  10. Unless this is a special model it will work on S1 and S2.
  11. Definately need an amp, personally i would not bother about rear speakers though, i have focal splits front and rear and when i turn the rears off there is no difference. If i was you i would go for a good 4 chan amp. run the fronts off 2 chans and bridge the other 2 for the sub.
  12. I guess they wont be making a levin version as i have seen many new corolla's with the levin badge, the levin model is now tainted. With any luck toyota will also release something to compete with the GTR, maybe something with a revamped 2jzgte.
  13. for 5g, you should be able to pick up (all secondhand) cvoil overs to lower it, wheels, exhaust, return flow fmic, high flow and a boost T, that will be all the basics covered, from there you have to start spending some decent money on any one area to make it better.

    Drop Tank

The only thing i have seen that looks good with a drop tank is an SLR5000, that also includes the car in the post above.
  15. You still have a vcr?? is it next to an atari 2600 and dick smith pc with tape drive
  16. The tv show destroyed in seconds has to get footage from somewhere
  17. A 1000ltr tank would be fine, as long as you hold a dangerous goods license to transport and store it, not to mention having the hazchem signs out side your house and all the emergency hazchem safety gear, and on second thoughts all this in a residential area, best bet is not to tell any one and pray there is never a fire in your area.
  18. E85 has a much higher octane rating which means there will be more chance of detonation.
  19. I agree, the interior fabric on the S2 is straight out of an excel.
  20. So that list you linked to does not have E85 at all of them?
  21. So there power plus 98 is E85? With any luck they will have one around frankston by the time the car is back on the road in 12 months or so.
  22. If you include postage to vic i will take them
  23. As wanzi said, if your willing to wait you might get a decent price, if you want to get rid of it quickly then you will have to sell it very cheap.
