you might want to keep it, after the 1st of november the new rules state that any tv screen cannot display anything whilst moving, a mate has a fold out and you can fold it in and still play music, can you turn the screen off on a double din unit and still have music? So i can get a Z32 ecu plug it in and run it the same as an r33 ecu, is it one of those things where its just good to limp it to the tuner or can i drive it like normal, are there any problems with the injectors (z32 V r33) or the afm? -

Just the fact that they can do you for a loud exhaust with no testing done to prove it means they can defect anything at will. I looked this up a while ago, i believe from what i read on the vic roads web site that it comes under the same rule as bonnet scoops, which i believe is that you must be able to see the road 15 metres ahead of you from any adjustment of the seat.

Oiled filters are illegal due to epa, non oiled ones are legal as long as they are the only intake mod.

In vic its because of power (in my mind) you are allowed to have one intake mod, to me it is to limit the amount of power you can get, the general rule is that the airbox is good for 250rwkw and i have heard or people getting 300rwkw with the factory airbox so i dont understand where it is the first mod people do.

How do you think one of these would work as an in car entertainment unit, would separate the screen and mount it in the dash, just have an external usb port mounted some where for transferring files from a usb stick.

yes it would be, they would say that the reason they have those stickers is because they are illegal and unroadworthy and are a danger to everyone on the road. There point has been proven, they look like the good guys and we look even worse, lets face it the people they aim shows like that at are not usually the ones who like to hear both sides of the story, they just like to be spoon fed.

Didnt the passenger cop the fine for no seat belt, atm the driver does not get fined for someone over the age of 16 (maybe 18) not having a seat belt on, how ever you will after november 1st.
